Great subs and atmosphere just wish that they would concentrate more on working than making phone calls on their personal cell phones. No one wants to hear you yell at your mother for not picking up your kids for 20 mins while your making sandwiches.

Horribly slow service, don’t even give you much to drink by filling the cup completely up with ice before filling so you only get a few sips of soda, and they never include straws or napkins.

Placed an order and they said it would be a half hour 2 hours later after calling three different times and then promising it's almost there I finally got my sandwich which was completely wrong I will never ever make a mistake again ordering from here.

Worst Jimmy john's I've been to. Messed up my order twice in the same order. Mislabeled my sandwich and didn't even put the right ingredients on it. The spicy east coast is supposed to have banana peppers and jalapeños. I ended up picking the penos off manually and they didn't give me my chips on my order. Sandwiches didn't get cut either.
Quality of sandwich was great. Prices are about average. Taste was excellent, especially the fresh wheat bread

I placed an online order pick up and came in to pick it up. It was not ready yet so I sat down to wait for it to be ready since they seemed busy. One of the inshop people proceeded to show my order ticket to two other people and make faces while making a comment about how it had no tomato and Mayo and how it is nasty and a pain to make. She showed it to her manager and he made a face as well about it and made it seem like it was an issue to make because of how I like my chicken Caesar wrap. She continued to make my sandwich and make nasty faces at it and I say it’s safe to say that I will not be coming back to this location for a wrap. They are unprofessional and will make fun of your sandwich if they don’t like how you want it.

We love Jimmy Johns! We came into this location today and there was garbage all over the floor, a huge line and a long wait. When we got our sandwiches 3 out of 5 were completely wrong. (They were easy orders too like a turkey slim - that’s just turkey and they put lettuce and Mayo on it and a turkey tom they put ham on….)
