The service was outstanding. I went there a little later than expected and the employees working catered to our every need. Coming from a background in the food industry I was weary of stopping in so late but they did a wonderful job. Between the customer service, to the great food we will definitely continue to go to this jimmy John’s. Thank you Viliami, Lydia, Nathanial, and James for making our experience the best. I always love Jimmy John's! chicken bacon ranch sandwich was really good! The only thing is I had ordered online before and someone stole my order. They did remake the sandwich but maybe a better way for online orders so no one just walks in and grabs your order

I tried to get one of their Hot Sandwiches cold and I was told that Jimmy John's doesn't allow them to do that. I asked why it's cold before it ever gets hot anyways and I didn't want a hot sandwich tonight, but the people 8nside were very cool and professional but you gotta do better Jommy John's that's why your not getting any business at all and your store is always dead!

I called this morning and placed my order and told them all I wanted was turkey cheese and avocado bread and light lettuce why I got my sandwich with mayonnaise tomatoes so I called back and ask her. Can she change it for me and she caught an attitude talk about every sandwich comes with mayonnaise I said ma’am when I called I pacifically said That I just wanted avocado spread turkey and cheese and light lettuce. Well if you don’t say you didn’t want mayonnaise or tomatoes that’s what it comes with it again very rude made my sandwich over and handed to me with a rudeness. I will not be going back to that Jimmy John’s
