I ordered this through the app to pick up after work, when I went to the drive thru to pick up my order, the man there wuickly opened the window and practically pushed it at me. I had my phone out towards the window so he could see receipt but he just posed the bag st me a said “ here you go” like he was riding me away. It wasn’t busy at all. Then when I got home to open the food it was room temperature, the chicken looked as is it had sat in grease all day, it did not taste like the Kentucky Fried Chicken I’m use to with the good flavor that is distinct to KFC. This is the only KFC left around the area, the others were shut down, now I know why. If this is how the quality has went down. I am highly disappointed and don’t know if I will ever go back , I don’t know, maybe it was bad management or employees had bad day. But whatever it was they really need to work on improving their crews work quality.

the chicken is always way too breaded and greasy but I know what I’m signing up for when I go to KFC. If you want better quality…get tenders. Mainly went for their apple poppers, the sides (mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese cause it’s alwayssss delicious) & Mountain Dew sweet lightning ?
Guy at the window was overly enthusiastic so the service itself was pretty good.
Would I recommend? Idk. To each their own tbh. I spent $40 on two 3 pc chicken & 2 side boxes + 2 large drinks and an order of apple poppers. If you have a thing for kfc…this would be the place but you could definitely get all the food with better quality and probably same price elsewhere.
We had to wait 14 mins for our food, she gave us two free drinks and I think I over hear a curtis working, if it was just two of them working tonight, my hats off to the both of you!

Unless you spend over 20 bucks, you can't get what you want. I tried to order a $10 box and you can only get mashed potatoes and gravy. There's no way to get anything else. It shows all these options but you're not allowed unless you spend more than 20 bucks. The service was awful. Ask for A glass of water but was told sorry there's nothing I can do for you unless you want to pay for it. We are out of small cups. Won't come back again.

KFC use to be my favorite place, lately it has been going VERY down hill. Chicken isn’t cooked good and they also charge you $16.00 for 5 PIECES of chicken, no sides no drink nothing JUST 5 PIECES. $16 that’s absolutely nuts. Price things better.
