KFC use to be my favorite place, lately it has been going VERY down hill. Chicken isn’t cooked good and they also charge you $16.00 for 5 PIECES of chicken, no sides no drink nothing JUST 5 PIECES. $16 that’s absolutely nuts. Price things better.

Places a pick up in the app. Sat at the drive-through for 15-20 minutes with no one answering. There were people getting out of their cars walking up to my vehicle, asking what I was doing and I told him I was waiting to speak to someone! Cars behind me then started leaving. I went up to the window with someone standing in the window. I then waited another five minutes until he decided to open the window. I told him that I had been sitting at the menu for 15-20 minutes with no response. And then I get home and check the bucket and they can’t even count the correct amount of chicken. All my food was cold and I was shorted what I ordered.

Spent $30 and that's hard earned to have some ##### Forget my mash potatoes but gave me gravy.. thanks a lot and you might want to hang your phone up so it works and customers can call you to let you know exactly what you did. it's not Rocket

I have been getting the new Hot & Spicy Wings deal and been getting the combo each time. The fries were fresh and great each time. And the Wings were on POINT! Will definitely be going back and the service quick, friendly, and efficient!

My mom taught me If I have nothing nice to say I shouldn't say anything at all, Society has taught me that I should yell about the rudeness and experience has taught me that it doesn't seem to matter either way. The service here was not delivered with a smile they got upset with the customers coming in because they forgot to lock the door. It was 8pm a girl from the back was yelling and we just walked out because the manager said microwaving some Mac and cheese for us would and I quote "take a really long time".

How do I come in when you guys just open and the mashed potatoes are not fresh? What do you do stick them in the cooler overnight and warm them up in the microwave??? Its disgusting how little the food industry cares about the product that they are serving. You guys need some better staff and a gm that actually cares.

Frist I pull inn an notice some bread on the sidewalk. Pull up pull in and they took my order and where very much curteaus. Got told my order was $23.54, all for a chiken sammich and a 2-piece chiken!!!? I axed fo recite an it took 5 minutes to get it!! Service was great walking in. Seem to only have 2 workers. Ate in the lobby. The tables were nasty and dirty. The booths look like they haven't been cleaned in a couple of days. Dead Flys on the table and dead bugs and Flys in window seal ledge.

KFC is pricey for the little amount you get. The chicken was soggy, the mashed potatoes were bland, and the coleslaw had a strange flavor.... later in the evening, I became ravenously ill, and I remained ill for 2 days afterward.I made a trip to the Emergency room and that "KFC meal deal" cost me over $2,000.00 for Emergency services! DO NOT VISIT THIS KFC. Food is horrible.
