I’ve stopped at this KFC every Wednesday for the chicken fried steak. I feel for the old man working behind the counter. He’s usually the only one working. He should be retired. Store is absolutely disgusting. The floor is so sticky that it almost pulls your shoes off your feet. I don’t dare touch the chairs or tables. This place needs a serious overhaul.

The dude behind the register had an attitude. Spicy chicken sandwich tasted like it had been sitting out for a few days. Mac and cheese was clearly scraped off the sides and bottom of the tray. There’s a sign on the counter that says no refunds, now I know why. Just go to Popeyes fam, the colonel wouldn’t approve of this location.

If they close at 8pm why when you go to the drive through at 6:45pm they don't have enough chicken for a 12 piece? Don't waste your time driving there. I ended up going to Popeyes for chicken. If this was the first wasted trip to this restaurant I wouldn't be upset but after the third wasted trip I'm over it.

I have gone to this particular KFC several times. The service almost always sucks. But today, I stood on their lobby for about 5 minutes, while yelling out for someone. I never saw a single employee. Whoever works at this location should be fired, all of them.

Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Workers were oblivious to the fact that customers were in the building by the way they were talking in the back. And were a little less than attentive to the front counter. Their floors in the lobby haven’t had a good mop in some time. But the food was really good!

My chicken was reheated and old. The chicken was raw and needed more cooking, and the toasted outside was pure raw salty flour. If you want to eat good KFC, go eat in Goshen.

I ordered off the KFC app and I waited for the show that it was ready. When the app store is ready I came in the store and still waited a half an hour before my chicken was ready. I sat in a dining room area and it looks like the floor haven't been swapping a month.
