I stopped at 5 pm on a Wednesday and ordered an 8 piece dark meat only. It's 5 pm... THE DINNER RUSH is just starting! They had NO dark meat and said it would be a 25 minute wait. How unprepared are you?!? Needless to say, I didn't wait. 🫤

Went through the drive-through for just a chicken sandwich wasn’t very busy only one car ahead of me. Was waiting about 20 minutes and had to go in to even get my food. They no longer give refunds so I could not get my money back. And when I got my sandwich, tasted just like a reheated piece of chicken Wasn’t even fresh. Will not be going back and do not Recommend.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Did moble order. No one in drive thru had to go in. Waited 10 mins for the only employee to come up front. Resturant smelled of sewer. Worst food ever chicken was so dry you could't even chew it. Mashed potatoes were so blaned and watery, mac and cheese has no flavor and the biscuts were hard. I will never go back. Plus they now have a sign on the counter that says no refunds. They are not even trying.

I bought the 2 piece meal. The chicken breasts were so dry and the coating so hard, I have no doubt this chicken is repurposed from yesterday. I mean that chicken is absolutely dry and hard, at 5 pm on a Saturday smh. Suffice to say I won't bother going again. I don't understand, the cost of fast "food" is so high, yet the products keep going downhill with literally all chains.
The only reason I gave KFC this kind of rating was the staff that was supposed to wait on you had me standing at the counter for almost 10 min. finally the drive through girl took my order, not good.
Food was good, employees were very nice. It was in a bad spot however and the customers were mean. Some guy went to grab food for doordash and yelled at the employee who asked for conformation. I was given 5 tenders when I asked for a chicken sandwich. They tasted good however.

I always go to KFC for there Famous Bowl it’s got the chicken you’d get like in a bucket cut up in pieces with mashed potatoes and corn. The strange thing is when I go physically to Kfc to get a famous bowl it’s so good but when my son & I have ordered through door dash the famous bowl isn’t good at all the corn is hard as a rock and the chicken has been cold the last couple times we’ve ordered. I don’t know why there would be such a big difference between ordering at KFC or going through Door Dash. I went through the drive through when I got my Famous bowl this last time and it was very good no cold chicken or hard corn thankfully.
