I ordered ahead 45 mins. later arriving at the store drive thru, I was asked to pull forward, order was not ready unreal. I sit outside waiting 20 mins then went inside and my order was just sitting there getting cold the workers including the mngr should be fired this is unacceptable for customer service.

My husband trying to get food there is wait on chicken they are made and make a comment on why he has to wait on chicken that we want and will pay for , they put him on hold on drive through for like 15 minutes and no one in line or inside , customer service is horrible I will be reporting, to corporate

If I could give ZERO stars I would! They don't even acknowledge customers when they walk in. Stood there for 15 minutes with no service. Looked like only 2 people working. I understand being short staffed but atleast let the customer know you'll be with then shortly.

Horrible experience I will never return. I ordered off the app @ 4:30pm and the app said order will be done by 4:50pm, at 5:05 I went in and still did not receive my order until 5:20pm. There was only 1 customer inside, so clearly they weren't busy. The floors looked horrible & they dont wear gloves when handling food. The lady working said she would offer me a discount but they dont do that. Just an overall bad experience.
Spent 50$ on a 16 piece family meal and it was awful!! Dried out, old and leathery. Had I know they was going to sell me some geriatric chicken i’d of went somewhere else. Disgusting! And to make matters worse, the employees are nasty and hateful most of the time. Last straw, won’t be back.

I’ve stopped at this KFC every Wednesday for the chicken fried steak. I feel for the old man working behind the counter. He’s usually the only one working. He should be retired. Store is absolutely disgusting. The floor is so sticky that it almost pulls your shoes off your feet. I don’t dare touch the chairs or tables. This place needs a serious overhaul.

The dude behind the register had an attitude. Spicy chicken sandwich tasted like it had been sitting out for a few days. Mac and cheese was clearly scraped off the sides and bottom of the tray. There’s a sign on the counter that says no refunds, now I know why. Just go to Popeyes fam, the colonel wouldn’t approve of this location.

If they close at 8pm why when you go to the drive through at 6:45pm they don't have enough chicken for a 12 piece? Don't waste your time driving there. I ended up going to Popeyes for chicken. If this was the first wasted trip to this restaurant I wouldn't be upset but after the third wasted trip I'm over it.
