I took my grandchildren to this restaurant and it opened at 4:30 on Thursday March 7, 2024 and we were the first ones in the restaurant. They asked us what we wanted. We said we wanted hibachi grill. The guy came over and brought the food and he was tired. He was boring. He was clumsy he burnt the eggs, he didn’t make it fun for my grandson‘s first time he kept knocking onions over and he just didn’t seem like he was interested in being there, so yes, it was a very bad experience because once he burnt the eggs, he should have taken them off the grill and threw them away and put new eggs on the grill so nonetheless, my grandchildren did not have a great Experience like we did when we went to Kalamazoo to a different hibachi Grill on Westnedge Avenue in Kalamazoo Michigan. I will not be returning and I do not recommend!

The restaurant was nice and it was clean. The waitress was friendly and attentive. We had the Hibachi Grill, the food was really good with decent portions. The chef did a good job but could've been a little more entertaining.

The food was delicious and the staff was very quick. The waitstaff was running which was odd. Our hibachi chef was fun and very good at his job. The bathrooms were clean but did have a bit of an odor. Beautiful place, we'll be returning!

Ordered on door dash… don’t order to late which I get .. it was like 6:30 .. be sure to check your sushi !!! Twice and then again .. and be prepared to reheat because you’ll need to… and make your own dumpling sauce . But other then that it was real good??

Me and my friend both wanted the Udon Soup. We order, and I even pointed at the words for Udon and Soup (as the menu lists them as Soba or Udon, and then Yaki or Soup). I love udon soup. I was super excited. They proceeded to give us both Yakisoba. It takes a while before we finally get our waitress and spent 5 minutes trying to explain we wanted Udon Soup, until finally she grabbed the menu to have us point out what we wanted. She realized her mistake, and we assumed they’d fix it.Ten minutes later they give us Soba Soup. I know this seems picky, but I specifically wanted udon. My friend had their udon(in-fact they’ve had this specific meal we’ve been trying to get this whole time), and confirmed with me that these were the wrong. Waitress comes by and confirmed we got the wrong dish again.Waitress was lovely trying to fix the mistakes, but I’m autistic and the fact I never actually received the meal I ordered was upsetting. I have no intention on ever coming back.

JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Entertainment was good. Food was mediocre at best. DO NOT GET DESSERT! We waited over 30 minutes to get fried ice cream that the kids wanted to try. Then it wasn't cooked enough so it was like dough on ice cream. There were never any refills on drinks. The glasses sat empty. We had to clean our own dishes off so we could have dessert. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I don't think I have ever been so disappointed in a restaurant. The rating should be ZERO STARS.
