We have been here numerous times and let me tell you everything has always been exceptional. Except the most recent visit. We were celebrating with my bf and his mom so it was a special day. We order the the hot pot and dinner bbq our server Hannah leaves and comes back with waters. Our soups arrive hot and we order all our fixings for the soup. We sit for 10 minutes with everything bubbling and no SOUP spoons. We finally see Hannah and ask for spoons, she said she needs to clean some. 10 more minutes go by and no spoons (mind you you're on a time limit here. So we order our BBQ meats and ask the waiter that delivers those for spoons, he brings some right away. Hannah appears 5 minutes after that with spoons and a half apology. We say it's fine and continue to eat. I'm drinking my water and she comes by to check on refills, it takes 20 minutes for her to bring me another water, so I start drinking my bf. I do notice her chatting with her friends at another table, we ask another server for refills. All the sudden our food isn't cooking and our grill needs changed. Hannah is nowhere to be found. We ask another server or hostess and they explain it turned off? In all the times we have been we have never had our grill turn off through service. My boyfriend was over it. We can't find Hannah again, so we ask another server for our check who even apologized and said she could see us looking around and having issues. We pay our tab and walk out, there's Hannah no joke outside texting on her phone. She sees us and says whoops, sorry guys have a good night! That made me so mad. My boyfriends mom had been craving that restaurant specifically and to have to wait for spoons, refills, and then our check because our server couldn't put down their phone to prioritize their table. It ruined her celebration. Super disappointed in the service.

We decided to take my brother here for his birthday. Terrible service and food quality would be an understatement. When we sat down we got very brief instructions after telling them we’d never been here before. The food was not good and the meat quality was extremely concerning. The taste was even worse. We had to get up to ask people to take plates from our table several times. No one came over to give refills or clear the table. My dad told them we were unhappy with the quality of the food at the start, and the waitress just rolled her eyes at him and walked away. We talked to the manager and all he had to say was “it’s a good environment and you have meat what’s not to love?” If you want to go to a restaurant for taste and good service I wouldn’t recommend going here. Cross contamination is also a major concern here for me. They didn’t have clear instructions on how long to cook what, and they didn’t change out any utensils. Overall we had a bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend. For 7 people we paid 340$ and my grandma came in from out of town. We wanted to go to a nice place. This place wasn’t even equipped to cook food properly. The steam and ventilation system also is not adequate. Poor service. Poor quality. We could barley breathe from the amount of steam rolling in our faces. We asked them to turn on the air ventilator and our request was ignored. We wanted to take pictures and we couldn’t. Unfortunately we spent a lot of time arguing with staff and not having a good experience. The set up itself is extremely complex.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced, multiple staff around doing nothing as our plates kept piled up and servers would not get any old dishes or replace any utensils to prevent contamination of raw meats and seafood, literally told them our complaints about needing service and were ignored and the manager ignored us as well spent over 330 for 7 people and not a single person had a good experience please don’t go here if you expect any type of good service from any of the staff.
The food is not easy to cook the cooking units are inadequate for cooking the meat properly and staff were not helpful again when we asked for assistance also the vents didn’t work properly and we all had a annoying amount of steam and smoke in our faces which also made the experience that much worse

Got the chance to try my first ever crack at the kpot experience. It was fun and the staff were so helpful. We didn’t know what we was doing and they helped making the experience a good one Food was amazing and you got the combo hotpot and bbq. $35/37 for both is a deal and it all you can eat for 2 hrs. It’s a must try and I would recommend for first timers. Food I would give 8.5 atmosphere was 8.0 and service was 8.5. I’m definitely going again and trying more options. Hope this helps.

2 stars because your food tasted good. Disappointed though because you don't seem to honor what you advertise which is unlimited meats for two hours. We were 3 people and all of us did the grill 30$, and added soup base that added 5$ on top. One of the people in our company was visiting your restaurant for the first time so we ordered a few meats to start with. Half hour pass by and we are ready to order some more meat plates (since you advertise 2 hours unlimited meat orders). I put in an order on your tablet, 10 minutes pass by and no meat, i put another order on the tablet another 10-12 minutes pass by again nobody is bringing us anything. I tell our server if he can check the orders i did on the tablet and he told us the kitchen is backed up but ill go check, which was understandable. In the Meantime i saw two times people getting meats on their tables but we waited. Another 15 minutes pass by we get no meat and our server disappears. I put another order in on the tablet with less meat plates this time and again another 8-10 minutes pass by and no meats. I ended up telling our server to cancel all the meat orders and we left. I get that you might be busy and backed up but when you advertise something please honor it cause someone else can cause you a problem if they wanted to. And if a table orders different meats to try and then you dont want to serve them anymore keep the limit on 1 hour or limit the meats you give out but let the customer know. Ill try you again sometime but ill know next time to order all the meats from the first order.

All of the food was super fresh and our server Miranda explained everything perfectly and was there to answer all of our questions. Our drinks never got empty and the atmosphere was great. The music was at a level that made conversation easy. I cannot wait to return.

Went to this place with 10 other coworkers and had both hot pot and Korean bbq. It was still pretty early in the evening when we came so the waitress was able to be attentive. Then they got slammed and I may be underestimating how many people my waitress Maryam(plus 1 more waitress) had in her section but I’d say about 50.
I say all this to say our waitress was not able to be attentive to our table because she was overwhelmed. Meanwhile the manager of this “fine” establishment was partying and BS at the bar with the bartender popping food in his mouth. I saw him and asked if he can get our table a couple of to go bowls and he called the already overwhelmed waitress over to get them. I was so stunned at his unprofessionalism and approached him about it after cashing out. He was very unapologetic. He is terrible and he couldn’t stand next to those employees working so hard on the floor.
Also your restaurant is filled with flies everywhere! At the very least I should’ve called the health inspector for that!

Love, Love, Love ? this place, other than a bit expensive it's fantastic! You get a ton of food so I understand the cost. You literally pick anything and everything you want sauces, broth, meats, veggies! Was very clean, staff are really nice! It's busy though on the weekend! ?
