Love, Love, Love ? this place, other than a bit expensive it's fantastic! You get a ton of food so I understand the cost. You literally pick anything and everything you want sauces, broth, meats, veggies! Was very clean, staff are really nice! It's busy though on the weekend! ?

Our server was Zari, and she was amazing. It was my first trip for this type of food, and she walked me through all the options. It was fun to try new options. The kitchen was impressively quick to bring out new items and clear dishes. Everything I could see was clean, including the bathrooms. Will definitely try it again.

Says it closes at 10:30 online got there at 9:28 and says they can’t serve us? I understand if it’s close to closing time but it’s an hour and everytime I’ve been here we’ve eaten in less than 45 minutes… weird.

Very kind staff and they bring out a lot of food order less than you think. I don't recocomed bringing any young children here especially babys or under 7 age a lot of heat sources on table and could be easy for kids to spill and hurt themselves. boba is solid very tastey and the popping bobas taste almost like a Jam.

This is actually a solid option for hotpot 火锅 in South Bend. It's actually better than the Haidilao in Chicago, and the service is way better than the shabby robot. Miso broth was a kid favorite, and I thought the Sichuan broth was nice (less oily than many a Chinese version, which is a plus). I would like to have seen even more options for fresh green vegetables (e.g. cilantro), but everything that arrived was good. The price point encourages eating, so it's a win win for me: I ate a lot.

Vegetarian options: Vegetation broth options are available, along with a bountiful variety of vegetables and mushrooms.

Edit: Donte was a fantastic server. Thank you!

The staff was very helpful in how selection on the tablet works. We selected to order the hot pot (miso and mushroom broths) and grill (try the garlic pork option!) which was fabulous.

Service was great but be warned the 'gluten free' broth was water with a slice of tomato, onion, and a few cloves of garlic...

I am giving this 3 stars as in I recommend. The two stars are because when you have Korean BBQ in the title, that should be something you do well.

I've had Kimchi homemade, store bought from the Korean market, made myself 3 times. And I can tell you're using way too much sugar in the kimchi. I don't know if you're doing it to short cut what's not in the kimchi. The sugar should be there for two purposes- help with the fermentation process and to enhance the flavors. Kimchi is not a sugary savory and pungent dish .. that's what I get every single time I order and I'm not impressed, this is t a preference thing, it's too sweet. I know folks who've never had it and can't tell the difference.. but I can and it's not good. It's mediocre.

Let's talk about sauce. There should be a house samjung. If you can't get decent sauce that has sesame oil, goochijang and fermented soy bean, rice syrup, green onion.. that's a sauce. Putting dumplings in a bento box and just throwing in mostly red pepper paste isn't enough. These flavors should be cohesive.

That said, I like the workers, the owner, and most of the food. I take offense to sweet kimchi lol make sure the flavors are cohesive pls and then this will be a 4 star for me. Also more Korean sides. Perilla leaf kimchi, chive kimchi. Banchan. More for these prices.

I order often and will continue to do so

I took my family here for dinner. Their employee "Donte" was our guy! He was so helpful and my mom loves him?? He guided us from start to finish and never rushed us (we were the last costumer for the night and he was supposed to leave earlier) What a great guy and we hope most employees are like him! Amazing guy, amazing service, amazing food! We had a fantastic night! Definetely recommend this place! 5 stars!!!

My sister and her fiance took me here, and I was floored! What a grand experience of tastes and textures! You order, and you get as much as you want to eat/cook over the course of 2 hours. So many choices can be brought to you, steaks and chicken and pork bellies! Delicious veggies, lettuce to make wraps, and endless supply of kimchi and sauces can be found at the sauce bar. The service is fast and friendly. Everything is very clean and fresh. I left feeling delighted. I'm someone who enjoys trying new foods and learning about other cultures through their food. I really enjoyed this experience and I'd love to go again with family and Bring my hubby.

Had a great dining experience at KPOT! The all you can eat KBBQ was an excellent value. You order refills on a tablet and they arrive promptly. They have an appetizer and sauces station so you can further customize your food. this place is great :)
