5 stars especially when the light is on! Fresh hot donuts! I absolutely LOVE trying the limited time only donuts! 💕

Store has gone downhill over the years. They never have the Hot Now light on (I used to get notifications in their app daily but haven’t in weeks) and that’s the only time I buy when they’re fresh. Store could use a good cleaning as the windows appear dirty. Wonder if they’re struggling since their McDonalds contract happened. I’m sorry but I refuse to go to McDonald’s to buy a donut.

At 7:15 on a Sunday morning the doors were still locked and had to use the drive through. They were out of everything. All of the Valentines special donuts, couldn’t make lattes…the donuts we did get were cold and I swear were a day old. I should’ve gone to Dunkin.

Went thru the drive thru and the lady asked 3 times to repeat our order and then we got told to stop repeating ourselves and wen we got to the window our order was wrong and the lady was super rude and very sassy

Really disappointed that an official fundraiser that the cub scouts did was not honored at this location, when it was originally set up through this location resulting in a big mess instead of boxes of donuts. I drove to the IL location and they went above and beyond to correct the situation that mishawaka store would not and according to the manger could not correct. If you need donuts I would look elsewhere than this location.

Eh....much better options such as Jacks and Rise n roll. Lobby is ALWAYS closed and the employees are all just standing around.
They never answer their phones forcing you to waste gas to drive to the location only for them not to have what you want. (Hence the reason I called 8 times not one got answered)
I was trying to order the Grinchmas cookies for over 48 hours for my sons birthday. Its the day of, they dont have the donuts and refused to answer their phones making me waste more gas!

Drove to this side of town..lobby is closed. Went there drive thru and they can't take cards. Why stay open? Absolutely waste of 45 minutes. My kids were so disappointed.

The website said they open at 6:30am. Arrived around 7:30am. The doors were locked. Returned around 10:30am. The doors were still locked, but the drive through was opened. Went through the drive through. They only had 3 types of doughnuts available. How does a place that specializes in doughnuts run out of doughnuts?? Remindes me of the time Little Caesars ran out of cheese for their pizzas. (You only had one job to do, and you failed.). Looking at past reviews, it seems as if this place has been consistent with these same complaints for months. What a generic response I received from Krispy Kreme. They asked me to explain what didn't meet my expectations. Did they even read this review or anyone else's???

It's frustrating that management chooses to lock customers out of the lobby and only have the drive through open. I don't come here often but the last 2 times (months apart) this has been the case. There's no sign on the door, it's just locked. I assume they may be having a staffing shortage and think this helps but it's very frustrating for employees who park, get children out of the car and walk up to the door only to find it locked. I watched an employee have to walk over, unlock the door and explain it's drive through only... This is a waste of time and not helping if they are short staffed. Then in the drive through line, I was told they were out of multiple items which would have been easier and less frustrating if I could have just gone inside and could see what was in the case. Just open the lobby or at least put up an easy to see sign that may save people some time and trouble.
Went to order the new donuts and was told they only had these available. Was asked 3 times in drive thru how many donuts I wanted after responding every time. When we pulled up to the window there were 4 workers just standing and chatting. Just a little annoying. :/
