It's frustrating that management chooses to lock customers out of the lobby and only have the drive through open. I don't come here often but the last 2 times (months apart) this has been the case. There's no sign on the door, it's just locked. I assume they may be having a staffing shortage and think this helps but it's very frustrating for employees who park, get children out of the car and walk up to the door only to find it locked. Very nice place and great people working there with exceptional service and all around great atmosphere.

Dietary restrictions: As long as you can have lots of sugar, although there are some things with low sugar.

Kid-friendliness: Very nice staff I'm sure they are kid friendly as well, although there's not much to do other than feed them lots of sugar then send them to the grandparents instead of the other way around. Lol.

Let me tell you this place has the best coffee hands down with strength like it is strong coffee and I love it like trucker coffee. Keep your ass awake coffee now. I have been having to get the decaf due to heart issues and the decaf is not watered down like Dunkin donuts. It's still pretty potent and let me tell you if you are a coffee lover, you must buy this coffee hands down the best.
