The fried chicken was done right. However the sides were bland, and the peach cobbler did not have the crunchiness i like. The dinner plates run from $16 - $20. You can only order from grub hub or door dash.

I ordered on Door Dash and it came quickly. I ordered the Fried Chicken dinner with collard greens and string beans included as well as a mini sweet potato pie. Everything was absolutely delicious and the portions were incredible! Highly recommend!Fried Chicken (Leg quarter)- A+??? WOW!Collard greens-B(I like mine a more salty but if you're cutting down on salt this will be good for you)String Beans(with small chunks of potato!)-A+mini sweet potato pie-B (crust☑️filling was not as sweet as I like)Overall: I have to give LaShonda's Soul Food Café an A-/A because the food also got to me piping HOT!????????Very pleasant culinary experience. Will definitely be ordering again.

Terrible food. Greens were not seasoned or cooked correctly, catfish was dry and BLAND. Mac and cheese had no flavor at all.. except maybe flour... cornbread could have been used as a softball... I could go on for days. Not to mention the catering utensils were cheap and did not keep the food warm... she was extremely unprofessional and LATE to the event. So sad... DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY EVENT.

Blew my friends baby shower, very un professional, very inconsiderate, cold food, messy, and 2 hours late. Plus didn’t even cater like supposed too, they had them pick it up even.

A friend of mine used this service for her baby shower. it was a complete s**t show! LaShonda was 2 hours late. The food was a mess, no warmers, her own kitchen utensils(disgusting!), she couldn't even make it to the event and other ppl had to meet her to pick up the food! And when my friend said she wanted a refund LaShonda said she would have it by that Friday, 3 weeks later, still no refund! DO NOT use this service! I give LaShonda zero starts!

We used door dash for our order and everything arrive fast and hot. I had the oxtails with greens and macaroni and cheese. My lady enjoyed the baked chicken with mashed potatoes and greens. Everything was Delicious!!
