I’m not normally a fan of little Caesars, but Tevin was so sweet and thoughtful toward my daughter! He made us feel extremely welcome, and was so helpful. We will be back.

It took the delivery driver telling staff in the back that they had a customer for me to receive help. Then the employee seemed like she'd rather be anywhere but working, as if I was burdening her by picking up my Togo order. I felt bad for her honestly. The food was extremely greasy and the side of cheese was cold. It was cheap and it tasted like it. You get what you pay for.

Sadly this used to be my favorite location to go to. They used to be accommodating and really good. The last few times I ordered the sauce on the pizza was just overkill to the point it wasn’t even good. Just tried to order a pizza with garlic butter as a base and was told they weren’t allowed to do that but they could do no sauce. So basically my opinions are a dry pizza or a pizza with too much sauce. Guess I’ll get pizza elsewhere.

My experience was a sad excuse for any kind of restaurant orestaurant or place of public service... Standards nor Guidelines for the food itself let alone the 'workers' are being followed... The quality of the products my family ordered were not only upsetting but grotesque as well, its almost as if the employees (mirranda t. & idk the black dudes name) went out of their way to ruin my order.... there is no other possible explaination..

Ordered online. Online tracking stopped half way. So I gave it time.. it was still not done.. I waited 10 minutes past the "pick-up" time... lobby was packed, with pissed off people waiting..
Get pizza.. it was burnt, but cold.....
This is the 3rd time I've been, recently.... this the third strike...

I went into this store last night to pick up my family's dinner.
I was so impressed! The store was so clean, and the two employees that helped me, Tavion, and Tevin, were very friendly, polite, and accommodating. I will definitely be returning!
It was so refreshing to have such respectable mannered youth working in customer service. :)

Service is awful. They'll give you a time and it'll usually be triple that. The cashiers usually smoking weed out in the back before they realize they got a job to do. And half the time they forget your order is in.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
I on multiple occasions have waited in the lobby for someone to take my order for 5-10 minutes
And then never give out receipts unless you beg
Then today instead of giving me 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese they gave me 2 sausage. And no receipt. Then when I came back in to get it resolved they told me I needed a receipt to get it replaced. I called 3+ times and nobody answered every time. Very disappointed with this restaurant. DO BETTER
