The steak was well done when asked for medium well, but still tender. Both sweet potatoes were overcooked with little flavor. My fiance didn't get his 2nd side at first and had to ask. It was not great either. The rolls, chips & queso were great. Service was ok for it being late in the day.

Angela the manager runs a fantastic restaurant. The servers seem happy and the food is always top notch! Coming from the hospitality business I can tell you she is a outstanding employee. Always smiling. When she sees me, as I frequent regularly she makes it a point to come to the table ask how we are doing etc. That is something that can't be taught that is a servants heart! Kudos to her and I hope she will be recognized within your company. Merry Christmas

In town for a hockey tournament and was our first time dining at this brand. Didn't know what to expect, but wanted some post game steak to celebrate a big win. My son and I both had the Logan Special sirloin. Medium for him, MR for me and both cooked perfectly. The taste and tenderness both exceeded our expectations. Thinking back, I am embarrassed I ask for steak sauce. Didn't need a drop! Maybe it was the victory buzz talking, but my son said he preferred Logan's sirloin over the NY strip he usually gets at the steakhouse back home at 2-3x the price. Our waitress, NaeNae, kept out table clean, our drinks filled, and a smile on her face the whole time.

It was ok. food was mid. And service was slow asked the server to bring the bill because we had a show and was getting short on time to make it. They where only mildly busy but still took over five minutes to deliver the bill with another five minutes to bring my card back.
Carly is the ABSOLUTE BEST waitress we have EVER had. We quit coming to Logans for bad service awhile back, I'm so glad we came back and found her. Now we try to make it a monthly treat to have great food and phenomenal service!

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would worst experience we’ve had in a restaurant ever our waitress is very short and rude. My husband ordered a bush beer in a can. It came warm, not chilled. We let it go. We ordered two kids meals, an appetizer of potato skins and me and my fiancé both ordered a 12 ounce ribeye. The best thing we got was the rolls that were free and the potato skins our kids Mini cheeseburgers were burnt to a crisp. We didn’t say anything about it. We just let it go. Me and my husband got our steaks bit into them and they tasted just like a whopper cheeseburger. They were absolutely disgusting. We weren’t even gonna say anything we were just gonna pay for it leave and never come back the waitress proceeded to stop and ask us why we weren’t eating. I told her we didn’t like the flavor of it. It just was nasty. It was not appealing. We didn’t want it. She proceeded to cop an attitude and said that she’s never heard that be said before I looked at her shocked and said I don’t know we just don’t like them. They don’t taste right mind you we get steaks Frequently normally we go to Longhorn or Texas roadhouse but we decided since we were in the area why not try Logan’s we haven’t eat there since we were kids worst mistake ever we should’ve just went to bdubs, like we were planning, she proceeded to argue with me at the table I told her that to me it tasted like a Burger King whopper and it had a really strong gas taste to it. My husband said it just tasted like hamburger meat. It didn’t taste like a steak it wasn’t good. That did not taste like a ribeye. She argued with me so that they did not use gas. She’s never heard this before. Proceeded to roll her eyes and walk away after we told her it’s no big deal like we’re still gonna pay for it. We just don’t wanna eat it. We’re fine. She goes and gets the manager. The manager comes over and proceeds to tell us that he eats a 16 ounce steak every single night and he’s never had a bad experience with them and I said that that was fine but we are having a bad experience and it’s not good and we don’t want to eat it But it was OK. We were just gonna go about our night. Wait for our kids to finish eating their burger and we were just gonna leave he proceeded to say that he was gonna take 25% off of the steak mind you we each only took one bite out of the steak. We did not touch the fries. We said that that was fine but it was not needed. He took the 25% off which was $12 off of $48 of our steak. The waitress comes back, takes our steaks from the table. I asked her to leave those because we were going to feed them to our dog. She proceeds to tell us that she can’t because they took money off of it so we didn’t get our steaks even to feed to our dogs they tasted like crap and she had a bad nasty attitude. We will never be coming to Logan’s again. I will stick with Longhorn in Texas and we still ended up having to pay $75 for nasty food and terrible service and to sit there and get dogged on never again
