Out with my business partner for a nice steak dinner. I ordered a nine ounce filet with potato and lobster. The "nine" ounce ended up smaller and thinner than a hockey puck, so I enquired about that. I then took my first bite of it and it was cold, or very cool, not at all warm. My potato was also too "cool" to melt butter. And so I asked my server about it and she was apologetic. When it arrived back in front of me, it was hot, however, it was completely brown, over cooked, dead, as was the potato. I consumed neither. I was told the "regular" cook was on vacation and wasn't charged for the beef puck of the husk of potato. I left hungry and unsatisfied, went home and snacked. I wouldn't recommend Longhorn if the "cook" is "on vacation", but, how you gonna know?? Good luck.

Other than the fact that they were bringing out the main course before my brother and I were done eating our soup and salad , on a Sunday noon hour .. The manager came by and said they try to get stuff out quick during lunch hours, so folks can get back to work.. I stated that it being Sunday most patrons were off work... He said "well lm working", which l thought was a very snide remark to say to a customer 😠.
This place is usually really good, but tonite was the worst, if you have a large party go somewhere else. Now we got there at 5:40 pm saying it would be 45 minutes over an hour later we finally got sat. From the Starr it was bad there's 10 of us a server brings out 2 loaves of bread, then I ask for coffee and cream no cream after waiting about 10 minutes I get up and ask for cream, he comes back and I tell him my coffee is cold, so I wait another 15 minutes for hot cup of coffee full of Coffee Grounds, now I'm getting pissed, then it's salad time 6 of us order salads only 3 come out another 15 minutes waiting on other 3 salads, here comes the food, parmesean crusted chicken cheese is barely melted all the way and the baked potato is hard and cold, table full of dirty dishes never prebussed the table until we started handing him ( server) our dirty dishes, my husband's bday dinner was a flop at this establishment, the manager was great and attentive once he heard our concerns, and the server was polite but his service and the wait time was unacceptable.

I was very excited to try this place out. However from the very beginning this place seemed very off to me. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, when it came to the table it was cold in the middle. They reheated the food and the manager brought it back out without making eye contact, or even saying a word to us. When our food came the food runner/server didn’t even ask whose food it was and just started setting it down in the table. The food was good. My T-Bone was a little under done but no big deal. It was still good. The table next to me got cold chicken. I would stay away from this place as it seems to be mismanaged from lack of experience and a general lack of knowledge about the industry. It’s only a matter of time before they get someone sick.
