Didn't take us too long to get seated, especially for it being black Friday. Things got a little janky since my parties order got split in two so one half got their food almost 10 minutes before the other half did unfortunately. Besides that the waitresses were helpful and the food was really good!

We love Longhorn! Always have! We have been visiting for years! 99% of the time you can expect the food to be consistent and full of flavor and typically the service is top notch! Tonight however, we need to mention our server Brandi S who was out of the norm for Longhorn.. she only took our order and then relied on everyone else to bring our salads and dinner, which would be understandable if you were swamped, but they were not. The caveat and the reason for our review.... when we paid the bill, we paid in cash and Brandi S decided to take it upon herself to keep our change that was due back to us. It was 15 cents..but it was the principle. She would have received a larger tip if she hadn't decided to take the liberty of stealing our change. We feel this needed attention, as this is not the normal standard for Longhorn and was disappointing! We appreciate the caliber of service that normally accompanies our visits to Longhorn however this time was less than sub par due to the payment experience. If we would have handed her a card for payment, would she have added her desired tip automatically?

The Longhorn Steakhouse has the best tasting Porterhouse and Ribeye steaks I ever came accrossed, the sides are awesome and the meal is plentiful, I never walk away hungry. The steak is always cooked as I order it with no issues, I love the atmosphere there too, it is casual and Texas style with an awesome wait staff to boot! I would have added a photo but couldn't wait to eat!

If I could give this place and one, Star I would, they scrolls us at a 12 seat table for my aunt‘s birthday, picture is coming. The manager told us, even though we waited over an hour for our table that they couldn’t accommodate us any further Because there were other people on the waiting list that came well after us. I am not happy, and you ruined my aunt’s birthday she is not happy either. I will be calling corporate on Monday because this is absolutely absurd. We have absolutely no room to eat. I also included a picture of me sitting on the corner.. I am literally on the corner.

Lighting was obnoxiously dark. The baked potato's were rolled in salt, way too much especially for people with high blood pressure. My wife went to the bathroom and one of your employees didn't wash her hands after using the bathroom, but one good thing was that the restaurant wasn't playing hard rock music like you would hear in a bar

Well it pains me to change my review for what used to be one of my favorite local restaurants. But the service I've received was terrible. So i ordered lunch for my coworkers and myself and one of the orders was a medium rare ribeye, recieved it WELL DONE called was told to wait 30 minutes for a new one. Went there picked it up got back to work it was WELL BEYOND WELL DONE smh. Called back just asked for a refund for the steak was told it would take up to a week to see the refund still haven't seen it. Not too mention this isn't the first time they've over cooked food just not this bad. Not sure why a STEAK HOUSE can't get steak right, not sure I'll ever return.

Service was great. Atmosphere ok except the staff standing around the table between me and the bar. Food was disappointing, I ordered the longhorn to share with my wife. She ordered the salmon to share with me, celebrating our 39 year anniversary. Her salmon was too salty, my porterhouse looked more like a t-bone. Ordered it medium, came over cooked, barely any pink, was dry and chewy. I ordered broccoli side, noticed something odd while chewing a bite, found what looked like a small piece of cardboard. I usually get the outlaw ribeye, never had an issue before, first time we've ever had a bad experience, we have been going to this location for years.

Everything we ordered was amazing. Our Ribeye and Porterhouse was cooked perfectly and seasoned very well. Service was great. It's a bit of a wait but so worth it. Longhorn always gets it right, no matter what state I visit where there's a Longhorn. Always perfect!
Great steak knowledge patient and courteous waiter....would definitely return. Thank you for the great meal.

Out with my business partner for a nice steak dinner. I ordered a nine ounce filet with potato and lobster. The "nine" ounce ended up smaller and thinner than a hockey puck, so I enquired about that. I then took my first bite of it and it was cold, or very cool, not at all warm. My potato was also too "cool" to melt butter. And so I asked my server about it and she was apologetic. When it arrived back in front of me, it was hot, however, it was completely brown, over cooked, dead, as was the potato. I consumed neither. I was told the "regular" cook was on vacation and wasn't charged for the beef puck of the husk of potato. I left hungry and unsatisfied, went home and snacked. I wouldn't recommend Longhorn if the "cook" is "on vacation", but, how you gonna know?? Good luck.
