They gave me a chicken pesto sandwich without the chicken. Like, that's the one part of the sandwich that's impossible to miss??? Amateurs. It was still good though.

The food here is good. Not great, but good. The soups we have tried, chicken pot pie, chili, french onion, and beef vegetable were all really good. The sandwiches are a little small, but good. The bread is also good. A step above Panera.

They are not paying attention to customers. I had to wait for an employee to decide to help me. As I was eating, a lady came in with feedback on a delivery. Instead of simply apologizing, the man who delivered the order and appeared to be the manager, started making excuses and raised his voice. The woman left upset. Then everyone left the front area and a customer waited about 5 minutes before an employee came up front. Great soup, terrible service.

Nice variety of soups, salads and sandwiches. Good bonuses for joining loyalty program. So far everything I have tried has-been exceptional. The chicken pot pie soup is awesome and really yummy. Portions are great for prices. Can't wait to try my next soup!!

Some of the soups are delicious, but others are too thick to be considered a true soup. The service however was excellent. The ordering process was easy, unless you are on their main website and want to gain reward points.

Zoup has been open for a few years and I finally tried it for lunch today. Great selection of soups, sandwiches, broth bowls a grain bowls. I had a zesty chicken lime broth bowl that was very tasty. Interesting craft organic beverages but the turmeric lemonade was a little strange. I'm a fan!

WONDERFUL!!! Called and spoke with a crew member at lunch rush and asked to have her manger call our office to set up a lunch catering. Kevin called back and was very nice. I explained that we're doing a Lunch & Learn. I asked Kevin if he wanted us to go off their large menu or if he felt it would be better if he gave us a modified menu to work with. He gave us a modified menu and we loved it. We do not have a small group of people and we were asked to give at least a days notice with what everyone wanted. Easy! Lunch was delivered on time and with everyone's name on the bags. We are very happy and will definitely be using ZOUP again for lunch events!!

Ordered 3 soups on line it said order would be ready in 16 mins Arrived 20 mins later called Zoup the girl said they were busy and order is not ready and it would be 5 mins wait I asked Will you bring it out or do I have come in? She said they would bring it out. 16 mins later I called again this time the guy said they don't do curbside pickup. Asked why did the girl say they did? So what should have taken me 45 mins took over 60 mins By the time I got home we had $25 worth of cold soup. So next time I opening up a can of soup it will be alot faster and cheaper. NO ZOUP FOR ME. They don't tell you the truth

I loveee Zoup! This location is great. The staff are friendly and the food comes out hot and fresh! If you are unsure of what kind of soup you would like, have no fear because you can sample before you buy! I tried the seafood chowder and lobster bisque, both were very good but I ended up going with the seafood chowder. It's been a couple of days since we had it and I'm wishing I was near another location to order more! We ended up ordering a brownie to share, and thought it may be even better heated up. The staff were nice and agreed to warm it up for us, and it was so warm and gooey. If you're in the area searching for a filling soup or sandwich, I would definitely recommend trying this place out!
