The food is pretty good, but they cannot stay on schedule. Twice now I've ordered for a specific time and they've been late by 20 minutes or more or my pickup. The tracking app has said it's ready for pickup, I show up, and it's 4 or 5 tickets back, and they don't even know if my order is in the oven.

I'd love to continue coming here, but not if I need to wait 20 minutes in my car after its set as ready by the store.

Food is mid. Nothing more nothing less. Manage ment seems to like the female workers a little Too much, if you catch my drift. I'd be cautious about working with some of the guys.

Shoe Stink

Seems illegal to me to claim to deliver your own goods, then outsource to doordash when you get busy. Hire more drivers, or at least put in a disclaimer on your delivery. *and tip* screen. Won't be back.

After tonight I will NEVER order pizza from Marco’s again. EVERY TIME I order from them they screw something up and half the time when I call about it they don’t seem to know their right hand from their left. They can’t seem to follow instructions whether it’s making your order correctly or knocking on the door and handing you your food when it’s delivered. Tonight was a simple order. Small pizza and a 20oz drink. I was waiting for the knock at the door. I wasn’t sure when they would actually be there because their app sucks and 1) never gives the right estimated delivery time (sometimes it’s not even close!) and 2) it doesn’t show any tracking so you can’t tell how close the are. I purposely did NOT choose “Contactless Delivery” because I have been burned more than once by their lazy-ass delivery drivers who just leave the food on your doorstep and don’t bother to let you know it’s there. No call, no knock, no indication that my order has arrived. This happened more than once during the winter when it’s freezing outside. No! I learned my lesson. I want the driver to hand my food directly to me. This is important to note. At some point I picked up my phone and saw a missed call from a local number I didn’t recognize and the time stamp was from 10 minutes prior. I checked the app and it showed my pizza was delivered 10 MINUTES AGO!!! I checked and sure enough there it was sitting on my porch stone cold. At first, I called and asked them redeliver the pizza explaining what happened. The driver tried to say I ordered contactless delivery and explained that THIS IS THE REASON I NEVER do contactless delivery. The driver said he called, which he did, but I missed it because I wasn’t expecting him to call and tell me he left my food on the porch. I was expecting a knock at the door and for him to hand my food directly to me. He also said he tried knocking, which was a bold-face LIE because I was in my kitchen, which is just a few feet from my front door, at the time he would have arrived and if he had knocked there is NO WAY I would have missed it. They said they would remake the pizza and send it out but told me it would be about 45 mins. The last time they had to correct an order they said 45 mins and it was an hour and a half. I live 10 minutes from their store!!! At first I said OK but then I thought better of it and called back to ask for a refund because even if it was only a 45-minute wait, that still means I wouldn’t get my pizza until almost 10PM. My original order was put in at 8PM. The person I spoke with told me he didn’t have the authorization to give me a refund so he would have to get his shift lead to do it. I said OK. You’d think I’d be put on hold while he went to get the shift lead, right? No. He hung up on me. I called back and he said, “I thought you were done talking.” Seriously?! I told him I want to make sure I get my refund and it’s a good thing I insisted on talking to the shift lead because that person tried to tell me all he could do is put a credit on my account for a pizza for another time. I told him I NEVER want anymore Marco’s food and that EVERY TIME I order there they screw something up. SERIOUSLY! I don’t know if I have ever gotten an order from them where something didn’t go wrong. I’ve even ordered their cinnasquares and got dry bread!!!! No butter, no cinnamon and sugar. WTF?!?! I order light sauce and get extra sauce. I order a salad and get the wrong salad or dressing or, a few times, no salad at all (and sometimes a warm salad that had been sitting out for who-knows-how-long). It’s ALWAYS something. And are they accommodating? No. Not at all. Not unless you want to wait another 2 hours for your food or figure out something else to eat for the night and take a credit for the food they screwed up or take the food back to the store for a refund, which defeats the purpose of having it delivered in the first place! So the shift lead tells me he has to call his boss to see if he can get authorization to do a refund. He comes back and says he can’t give a refund without havi
