Every time I make the mistake of giving this location another chance, out of convenience from where it is, I regret it.
Ordered on the app, got to the store before the order was complete. Grabbed it as soon as it was done and placed in pickup, fries and nuggets were completely cold like they had been sitting for 45 minutes. Trying to get any help at the counter is a waste of time, and if you make them remake your food you get attitude.

I had to pick up an order from here so I decided to place one. The inside was closed. The lady's in the drive through are very unprofessional, rude, no customer service training. They gave us old fries (large). We asked for fresh ones. They got upset we asked for fresh. When they came back, they gave us a small fry even though we paid for a large. They came back with another fry but it was the same small fry in a large container. I asked for my money back. They waved us off. I called to speak to the manager. The lady who answered said she was the manager but wouldn't give me her name. She said she's not allowed to unless there was a valid reason. It's unbelievable the money you all take in and don't care about paying customers.

I come here as a very last minute choice, and every time I do the food is old . Its hard on the texture, not fresh, the drinks be a hit or miss depending if the replace the machine flavors. I just got this sausage biscuit sandwich and it is so hard im calling to speak with a manager but also now im going to be hungry until lunch because this is a trash can sandwich 🤨
