I ordered a sandwich with extra ketchup. They put so much on it that I couldn't pick it up in my hand to eat it. I spoke to the manager. She gave me another sandwich, but treated me very badly and never apologized or said anything. I really don't recommend eating at this McDonald's.

Ordered my food got halfway home and it was wrong. Had a double cheeseburger plain and large fry and my bag had two doubles with everything on it and no fries. How hard is it to mess it up when you are looking on the screen .

I will NEVER EVER return to this McDonalds again didn’t really have an issue with this one until yesterday. After working a exhausting 10hr shift I was hungry and decided that I wanted to grab triple cheeseburger + medium coke will light ice as I was driving home while eating my burger half way through I looked and discovered HAIR stuck on my cheese PISSED 😳I was when I seen HAIR on my burger. Couldn’t turn around and take it back because I was almost home at that point so yeah this particular McDonald’s will be a NO GO for me.. (photo added)

Just recieved Door Dash order and it was completely wrong. Has our name but someone else's order in bag. I called this store and they said there was nothing they could do. The problem was on there end not Door Dashes so I think they could have figured out something!

Worst experience ever! Used the kiosks, wrong choice! People working there didn't know what to do! Order still came out wrong after 20 minutes! Used to be a favorite go to place, McDonald's YOU NEED TO STEP UP YOUR GAME! Don't know if I'll be back. For what you charge, I'm going to need a lot of improvement to keep my business!

very clean and great suggesting on menu items . they told me about the mcdonalds app and how to earn points and free items and asked me if i wanted to round off. very helpful and great hospitality
