I used the drive thru and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was having trouble getting my Coke in my vehicle because of a muscle disease I have and the lady at the window helped me get it all the way in my van. Most places when I'm struggling the drive thru people don't seem to care. I ordered the $5 bundle and the fries were fresh, sandwich with hot and the 4 nuggets were usual McDonald's nuggets which are better than many other fast food places. This particular McDonald's seems allot better than most.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking was cleaned off from the snow that had been falling most of the day. Very unusual to see.

Literally will never have your food ready, they will
Make you pull up and wait even if there is nobody behind you. Even if your food is walked out 2 seconds later (which is rarely the case) because they care more about their artificial numbers showing how fast a customer is served so they can brag to their gm and other McDonald’s when in reality the customer experience is terrible.

Don't eat at the McDonald's on Grape Rd. in Mishawaka. The grease on our cheeseburgers was so bad it was dripping out and the bun was soggy with grease. Grease was running out of the wrapper. What a mess!!! Three napkins per burger!!

Food was good, better than the location at McKinley for example. Service is awful though. Three of us waiting in line at the register for ages while employees who blatantly saw us, just kept ignoring us and helping people at the pick up counter only. Other employees standing around just chatting as if there wasn't three customers waiting for ages at an empty register that said it was open.

Unfortunately this location has gone under. Store is dirty, wait time is high, Store employees are wearing whatever they want no organization at all. The management is just yelling at their employees with no real sense of leadership skills. Will not return to this location.

Went to get my coworkers breakfast and had to be pulled up for a hot chocolate while my food was in the car getting cold. Service was good, just didn't understand why I had to wait so long for a hot chocolate.

The manager working days is not afraid to get in there and work while his employees cook and keep the drive-thru going. Egg McMuffin was not good at all. I'm going to have to stop ordering that no matter which store. Coffee was undrinkable, as black. I should have ordered an orange juice. My wife didn't drink hers either, even though she "doctors" it with cream and tons of sugar. Service was fast and friendly. The dining area was clean and well taken care of. We had a limited amount of time. Otherwise, we would have chosen a "sit down" restaurant.

Always an issue with this location. If it’s not me it’s someone else. I ordered ahead on my mobile app, drove all the way from the other side of town, and just to tell them that they got me mobile order.. I said, “how did I tell you the mobile order number if I never ever ordered?” Make it make sense. Then the lady at the first window proceeded to name out all these names in the alphabet after I told her my name, and also my Mobile order and she still kept saying different names. Once she finally figured out, the receipt was right in front of her face she gave me the receipt and then I pulled forward to the second window. The lady at the second window began to give me a order that wasn’t mine, and I rejected it due to the fact that it’s not mine and she asked me if I ever went to the first window?. I told her how can I move forward to the second window along with the receipt if I never went to the first window? Make it make sense. Then I have to wait longer for them to make my food and they had me pull up to the third window so they can give it to me. I already have my large Coke a cola all I needed was my hotcakes. So they gave me another Coca-Cola and my hotcakes so that goes to show me that The establishment doesn’t work with communication and needs a better service so everyone don’t go on a confuse ramp.
