This McDonald's was the worst one we've ever gone to, the french fries looked like small end pieces of the potato,the fish sandwich was good but very small, and we had to go up front to ask for straws and napkins! They don't have anything available on the floor.

What can I say it's a McDonald's hey got good food good coffee in good service.
I don't go ofte but in a pinch I try to go to this McDonald's drive through over some other locations. Their fries have the right amount of salt and they had us back on the road in under 5 minutes. The location is convenient, the team members are polite and friendly (they even say hi to my giant pup in the backseat waiting for her sacrificial fries for good behavior).

I used the drive thru and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was having trouble getting my Coke in my vehicle because of a muscle disease I have and the lady at the window helped me get it all the way in my van. Most places when I'm struggling the drive thru people don't seem to care. I ordered the $5 bundle and the fries were fresh, sandwich with hot and the 4 nuggets were usual McDonald's nuggets which are better than many other fast food places. This particular McDonald's seems allot better than most.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking was cleaned off from the snow that had been falling most of the day. Very unusual to see.

Literally will never have your food ready, they will Make you pull up and wait even if there is nobody behind you. Even if your food is walked out 2 seconds later (which is rarely the case) because they care more about their artificial numbers showing how fast a customer is served so they can brag to their gm and other McDonald’s when in reality the customer experience is terrible.

Don't eat at the McDonald's on Grape Rd. in Mishawaka. The grease on our cheeseburgers was so bad it was dripping out and the bun was soggy with grease. Grease was running out of the wrapper. What a mess!!! Three napkins per burger!!
