I was visiting Mishawaka from Valparaiso where the Noodles and Co at home is usually 50/50. I have to say though, at this location the employees were super friendly and patient, the restaurant was incredibly clean, and our order was hot and fresh! I’d choose this location over my hometown location any day of the week.

I came on November 20th and ordered food for my husband and myself. I was greeted with a friendly smile and great service when I went up to the register. I ordered 2 different entrees with nothing else. I want to say one of the managers was behind the counters where they make the food and he was so courteous and was just asking how my day had been, I had yawned, and he had told me it was too early to be doing that, and that the day had just started. I had responded saying that my day had started at like 4 AM and that I was still going to have a long day ahead of me since I had to drive to Chicago, and it had been snowing pretty well. While I was still waiting for my food, he offered me a drink which was nice and made my drive to Chicago a little more bearable, so I didn't have to stop to get anything on my way. :) Sometimes these little, small things that people think about are the greatest impact to the persons day! Surely made my day even better. He wished me safe travels on my way out and I thanked him. I went and enjoyed lunch with my husband before leaving out of town and we enjoyed our meals. I will always come to this location whenever I am wanting food from here, just because of how amazing this service was when I showed up. Thank you to everyone that was there that morning!

I order a lot of food from this place and when I got home to check my order, my garlic bread was hard and burnt and the pesto sauce they gave me was burnt like it was the last of it in the bottom of the pan! The so fake manager had got an attitude with because I asked about the portions of the sauce which was the size you could feed a toddler and this unprofessional worker said to me that’s the way it is! If you want good service and quality food stay away from Noodles & Company on Grape Rd. They use to be my favorite restaurant but after last night I’ll stick to the Noodles & Company on Eddy Street Commons! At least they did get my order right!!!

I like Noodles but don't get there as often as I'd like. It was my sister's first time and she liked it. The gal behind the counter was very nice and even gave me some sample meatballs, which were quite yummy. I'll be getting those next time!!

Everything is just barely edible. Nothing stands out. Generally noodles are lukewarm and just have sauce thrown on the top middle. Never hot enough to melt the cheese they throw on top sometimes.
Sidenote: if you're eating in the restaurant DO NOT get a drink from their Coke freestyle machine. They are horrible creations. The pop never tastes right and it always just tells me that it's extremely dirty or old if it's tasting like other pops.

This review is based on multiple encounters with Noodles and Co.
This used to be the place I would go for a delicious bite to eat on the run. Lately prices have gone up so much that I've had to eat here sparingly. I visited last night with my husband and 2 kids. We both ordered an entree and drink and we had our kids share a meal. The total came to over $50 plus tip. I always tip as a courtesy but our portions were meager at best, service was equivalent to McDonald's and the restaurant definitely is in need of repair as the booth we chose was falling apart at the seams and the coke freestyle machine was sticky.
The mac and cheese my kids ordered tasted like spray cheese which I thought was odd. My Pesto Tortellini was good but not for what I paid for it. Overall the food is okay in a pinch but $50 for the portions we received is highway robbery. At least at other pasta places you get free breadsticks and sides for that price.
Kid-friendliness: Lots to offer on the kids menu
