The service is horrible, they put stuff in your food like grass, rocks, and plastic. And the entire staff is rude.

My family went out to eat yesterday and while my mom was eating her soup, she found a small rock in it like a small pebble. She told the waitress that she found a rock in her soup and the waitress told my mom no it’s just dry meat. So my mother asked for a manager whenever the manager came out he came out defensively and told her that “it was too dry to be a rock” and then told her if it was a rock, that she placed the rock in the soup. The manager gave very sorry excuse of an apology. Do better when you make a mistake.

I have been a little disappointed in Olive Garden for a while. The food, the service and the prices aren’t great. However, more recently, I went in to Olive Garden Mishawaka twice for dinner after a long day of teaching middle school and running errands to sit, relax for unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks. I really wanted to sit, eat and enjoy; I was hungry. I went twice within a week or so apart to have those choices of food, because those food items seem safe to get. But, the first time, I mentioned to the server that I probably wanted a refill of soup, and it shocked me when she brought out a soup rapped to go. I felt rushed and a little sad. A manager happened to come over to the table a few minutes later to ask if everything was okay with service… and I did mention the experience with me wanting another unlimited soup to sit and enjoy, but I felt rushed and unwanted there, because the server brought it to me to go. Of course, the manager apologized.
Then, when I went back a week or so later after work and errands hungry from a long day, wanting to sit and relax to eat soup, salad, breadsticks and have tea and water… it happened again. I asked for a refill of my mango tea… and that server brought it to me in a to go cup. But, I was still eating and enjoying my food. I could not believe it. I immediately decided, no not today. So, I called the server right back and told her no, I wanted another glass of tea to drink there now while still eating. That was only my first refill. I generally get 2, and maybe 2 bowls of soup… possibly 3, and no refills of salad and breadsticks.
I asked the server that day if they were now being trained to rush customers out by bringing to go items when a customer wants a refill. I told her that I noticed them doing that twice now within a week or so timeframe. I noticed this behavior clearly… it was a difference. I know, because I frequent Olive Garden for soup, salad and breadsticks often. Plus, my daughter was a server there and in Elkhart some time ago, and they never did that. Sometimes I’d get chicken with Alfredo, which is dry, sticky and stiff. The spaghetti is something I use to get, but it started having a weird smell. But, this review is mostly about rushing me out bringing to go items while I am still eating with plenty of time to do so, and no customers waiting up in the front for seating. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. I also mentioned it to the representative near the door on my way out. Olive Garden, you are wrong for how you treated me and if you have adopted this new way of doing this… YOU NEED TO STOP. YOU WILL LOSE TIPS, AND YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS. Fix it!!! Once I mentioned it the first time to the manager… a meeting should have been had to make sure it doesn’t happen again. And, sure enough, it happened to me again. SMH.

The waitress was annoying and the manager was arrogant. They tryed to overcharge us twice in one dinner.
It's amazing how bad management can destroy an experience of a good restaurant. I will never come back to this Olive Garden.

I did a pick up order this evening, I ordered the steak and noodles. I am extremely disappointed. My ordered wad 10 mins later coming out to me after I checked in. Pick up time was 6:05pm I checked in on time.
My salad was brown and nothing in it.
My steak was cold tough and well done. It reminded me of liver and onions. Needless to say I did not eat it. My husband didnt like it either. I could have taken it back but I just got home after along day and was ready to relax and eat dinner. Now im just mad 😠
Ive never had these issues dinning in and this was my first time doing pick up. Probably won't do that again.

Please don't turn on the heat during a heatwave outside for ONE table. Offer to have them wait for another table not under the air vent. It's not fair to your servers or other people eating in that section. We had to leave early because we were dying.
