A very mediocre and overrated steakhouse with somewhat mediocre food and small portions. A side a French fries was 14 pieces, my wife had a whopping 9 pieces. The burgers are flavorless and are lacking in many aspects. The cheese on the burgers was hard to bite and like translucent plasticized leather. Prices are pretty expensive for even in the area. service is okay but extremely slow. This was lunchtime, but they were not busy. Whatsoever, now I know why. Would not recommend this steakhouse unless you just want to get rid of a lot of money.

It’s amazing that this restaurant is even open with incompetence that’s running it. Ordered food for delivery on their website but never received confirmation after waiting an hour. Called up there and was given to supposedly a manger who informed me “yes, it’s here and ready.” No other information offered and acted like it’s big deal I paid $60 and my food was just sitting there. Another 2 hours later after they had closed I call back to check on the status and I’m told by a regular employee she doesn’t see it. Okay? Has it been taken for delivery? Did it get tossed? Don’t you need my order number? She puts me on hold to get a manager again and the someone hangs up on me. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a delivery.

Was just there. Not busy at all. Maybe 1/3 full. Got sat in the bar. Ordered drinks and apps right away. Sat there for 15 minutes. Nothing. Watched app get taken to adjacent table. They told them it wasn’t there’s. Told the girl on the way back that I believe that is ours, she kept walking. And went back in the kitchen. Waiter came by said oh you don’t have drinks and proceeded to tell us she put our drink order in. Waited a couple more minutes, nothing. Walked out. Disappointed, usually one of our go to spots.

Ordered Takeaway on a busy Saturday night. Order was delivered to car on time. Food was warm and cooked perfectly. Easy way to have a great meal.
I love outback. Always has been my favorite place to eat a steak. This is 1st time I've ever had a horrible steak. Rude service as soon as we walked in. Didn't say a word. We had to ask to be seated. Not busy, service took awhile to come to table. Was looking forward to my steak. Smelled off, tasted weird, like it was broiled. Can't say I'll be back any time soon.

4 of us had dinner tonight we were very pleased with both the food and service. Our waitress (Destine) was both friendly and competent. She overheard we were splitting a salad and brought an extra plate. She had our dessert packed to take home and was very pleasant about doing so.

I served 2yrs7mos.w/USAF in Thailand & Vietnam (1969‐1971 & usually wear a Veteran hat,t'shirt or black leather vest. I do this to honor All who served & or died over there. I enjoy this Outback when I drive up there to visit Sam's club from Warsaw. Employees @ this OB always Welcome me w/the utmost respect & thank me for my service. OB food is always of the highest quality & quantity. I got to visit Sydney,Aus. on my 2nd 7day R&R from RVN in April 1971 & worked alongside a couple Royal Australian Air Force service men in RVN. @ 76yrs old now,I'm 90% CD w/the VA due to exposure from Agent Orange de-foliant used to kill the jungle vegetation.(like an estimated 3 million other military who served) Always have enjoyed dining @ Outback Steak Houses,all over this area & always will.
