Not filling up the bowls is so overrated the price of what you guys charge for bowls is crazy work start filling the bowls up so that people can get their money’s worth !

Food has gotten poor. Always dry and not fresh. Waited for 10 minutes before we were helped and we were 2nd in line. Really doubt I will return.

Waited almost 20 minutes for barely warm orange chicken. I was asked to pull forward and the food would be brought out to me. Went inside and there was plenty enough food to make our orders. I could see if they were waiting on more orange chicken, but this was barely warm and clearly not fresh.

Everytime we come here, they always forget parts of the order. Don't feel bad to hold up the line and check to make sure all your food is there because its definitely warranted at this place

I ordered pick up from the panda app for the first time, mainly because I hate standing in line. The app was great. When getting there Kevin, the manager greeted me, said the order was coming up. As standing waiting two crew members said hello. Great customer service and now with the app, I will be going there more often.

Great customer service, after some miscommunication on the drive through and going into the store to get a missing bowl the manager with no questions asked gave us a free plate for the inconvenience, great food and great employees
