Nothing EXPRESS about this place. Too concerned with running every pan down to the last crumb than to make sure back up is ready to go immediately- causing lines of angry waiting hungry masses. Place is more concerned with Pennies in food costs than great service and it SHOWS!

After a long day of work, I decided to mobile order Panda Express. Knowing what I know now, I will never make another mobile order to this specific location. I ordered 1/2 white rice and 1/2 broccoli, and was only given broccoli instead of the rice that I was supposed to get based on my order. What’s worse is that as I was waiting in line, there was another lady (who was door dashing) waiting for white rice, and the worker told her it would be a 1 hour wait, and that she should try to see if the customer wanted a substitute. Nothing was communicated to me that I would have to wait 10 minutes extra for my order, just for my order to be WRONG. I understand that people make mistakes, however, this was done intentionally, my carry out bag was not tied once, but THREE times! They surely did not want me opening that bag until I got home. Don’t make the mistake of mobile ordering here, they will not communicate with you if they are out of specific items. Very disappointing.

I have had a similar experience, on multiple occasions, to those other reviewers who thought the guys manning the drive thru had attitudes. Even with no cars behind me, they tend to cut you off saying “will that be all”.
It’s not just one drive through order taker that I have encountered this with; which to me, indicates a leadership problem.

Beef and broccoli had 3/4 full of rice , 6 pieces of broccoli, and 4 small pieces of beef.

If I could give it zero stars, I would waited 30 minutes for an online order that was still incomplete after waiting I asked for refund needing to get back to work but that was never received. Proceeded to call and talk to a shift lead the following day who told me he was a manager but couldn’t give me a refund. He said to call HR without a number or any assistance with reaching them. Then said to come in, then said that he didn’t have clearance to give refunds… He was very short, no help and even told me to calm down and then was promptly hung up. Jocelyn is another shift lead there and was just as rude and unhelpful as every employee I have come to talk to at this location in the last two days. The gentleman would not provide his name, but this is by far the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had to encounter over a two day span in food service. Not to mention the restaurant was unclean and other customers were also waiting long periods for their food. I have made many efforts to speak to someone regarding the simple refund so I can move on from this but keep coming across rude employees who don’t seems to have a person to train them in customer service.
I always enjoy my experience at panda express! Food is great, service is wonderful as well. Fast and accurate, what more can you ask for! Can't wait till my next visit.

This is the third time that it has been an awful experience. I spend between 80 and 100 dollars each time we do take out to feed my employees. They never give us the whole order or the right drinks or any sauces and we usually do delivery so today I went to pick it up I grab the bags and ask for the extra sauces she’s gets rude and tells me they are already in the bag. I get back to the office and 7 meals got 3 sweet and sour sauces no soy and we are missing a full meal. We will not be ordering from panda anymore.

Never had problems at this location untill today. I got there at 7pm and the dude at the window said it’s “card only” so I ran home to get my debit card. When I go back he said “cash only” and no orange chicken. So I was already mad and ran to ATM. I came back ordered my food and he again said “cash only” no orange chicken . I ordered teriyaki and he said no teriyaki . Didn’t say about a wait time or anything . I got my food at 740pm. I call as I’m driving off and ask if there’s orange chicken and teriyaki available and they guy said “yes” it took me 45 min to get food and I only live 7 minutes away.
Very rude no one waited on me

As always, very underwhelming offering and flavors. Your local hole in the wall restaurant has better tasting food. Clean restrooms.

Drive through wait times are RIDICULOUS! They literally do like one car every ten minutes

The food was horrible!!! Lo main was dry and rubbery
Chicken teriyaki was also dry and cold-
The Angus beef had 2 TINY pieces of beef
Cheese Rangoon were cold and greasy
Used to be great food what happened? Had the same experience this summer
