Placed a mobile order this morning and received a notification that it was ready. Once I arrived, they informed me that they didn't have what I ordered, even though I got a notification stating that it was ready. If they are out of product, they need to update their app so you are unable to place an order for something that they are out of. It is extremely inconvenient when you're trying to get something on the go. Not too pleased.
I had a great time here on my birthday!!
I have loved Panera in the past, but when you walk in at 1:15 during the week and was surprised place wasn’t busy no one in line to to order and 2 workers standing around talking behind the counter and when I go to order. I am told it will 20 min for any food order🙄. You order on a screen why do you need to workers at a counter 😳. There is barley anyone in here.
