This location disappoints me. Without fail every other time I order at the drive through my food is wrong. I like the turkey and cheddar sandwich, I have gotten it without MEAT every other time! How ridiculous for them to mess THAT up! And not just once! Not sure what is going on but I will no longer use the drive through for them, and I’ll check me sandwich before pulling off every time.

I don’t know what happened to Panera Bread. Used to be good. Ordered online and part of the order was missing. The croissant wasn’t even heated up and was so cold it might have been recently frozen. The fruit at the bottom of parfait was sitting water- again probably was frozen. Never again.

We order from here for our business at least once a week and they for the life of them CAN NOT get a to go order right without forgetting something. I think they do it on purpose. Make sure you double check your order every time before you leave. Otherwise they do okay.

Shout out to Assistant Manager, Bobbie for being so nice this evening when I had a mix up with an order! This location made my sandwich incorrectly last night and I mistakenly called the South Bend location to have the problem fixed. Once I showed up at the Mishawaka location wanting my order corrected they were all confused but Bobbie was very nice and had the kitchen remake my food without making me feel like I was lying. I was already embarrassed bc I had talked to the wrong store manager and was now nervous I was going to be treated like I just wanted free food so it was very comforting to be treated nicely and with respect! Thank you Bobbie!!

Ordered food while at work. Soup no place to add cheese for topping. Called the restaurant to ask for a side of cheese for the bowl of soup which is my breakfast and lunch. She put a teaspoon of cheese for a bowl. Happy to pay for it but you need to fix ur app. Cant add or customize in spite of what you say. Who eats Chili without cheese on top. She was too worried about the $1.25 instead of customer satisfaction. Your food hospitality sucks. Do Better Panera…..
Doordash messed up our order, so we called to get it fixed, and the woman I spoke to (Denise?) was extremely nice and accommodating, and ended up sending her caterer to our office because no Doordasher was available! Great service, above and beyond!

I placed an order here today abd the manager here was so rude and discrimnating that she even Didn't cared I was there customer there tonight other than door dasher, she thread me to gave me bad ratings and told abbusive words saying get out . On a just simple word with her that I delivered the order before expected timr she was making an issue.
