Waiter didn't submit our order and then disappeared. Manager was not really helpful and never checked on us when I told them there was a problem. Food was good.

Excellent atmosphere with delicious food prepared in a timely manner. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Papa Vino’s Italian Kitchen offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with genuinely friendly staff who make you feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. Overall, the food is enjoyable with classic Italian comfort favorites that hit the spot.

However, the Chicken Marsala missed the mark for me. The sauce tasted more like a gravy than a traditional marsala wine reduction, and the chicken seemed boiled rather than pan-seared the flour coating ended up doughy, and the mushrooms weren’t fully cooked. While this dish wasn’t what I expected, everything else was solid, and the service made the experience pleasant.

I’d still recommend giving Papa Vino’s a try just maybe choose a different entrée if you’re craving an authentic Chicken Marsala.

I took my wife and family there for dinner. It was for my wife's birthday. First time going there. Everyone enjoyed the food, decore, the service. The portion size is excellent. The desserts taste fantastic. They even have a kids menu. I think it is more for the older crowd, but you can take young children. If you can eat a lot, try the lasagna and chicken parmesan. That's what I ate and it taste fantastic. They even grade fresh mottzerella cheese over your food until you say stop (within reason). Overall, my rating for Papa Vino's Italian Kitchen is a 11 on a 1 to 10 scale. I can't wait until I return again to eat some more good Italian food. My family was impressed also.

This was a nice place to meet friends, but our server, although tipped well, failed to do his job well. I ordered the salad with apples & pecans with dressing on the side. The dressing was simply thick Mayo. I asked for decaf coffee with creamer & sugar. I got the coffee with NO cream or sugar & never got a refill. In short, the atmosphere was very nice but the service & food was not. I've been there twice in a couple months & probably won't be back.

This was a special birthday celebration with our family and we were disappointed by being seated in the bar area, when the whole restaurant was empty and we could have had a more private setting. We also had to deal with a very sunny location and had to use a shade to see each other. It was our first time at this restaurant and we are unlikely to return. Food and service was mediocre.

I just visited for the first time, I was really excited to try the food with my date! When I entered, the hostesses were talking to each other and we asked for seating for two. They ignored us and gave snarky looks, and just looked around the restaurant and past us while snarking at each other. It was weird and uncomfortable. We ended up being sat after asking again but I decided I didn't want the experience with that kind of service. I hope this can be addressed, it seemed like it might be been decent otherwise.

This place is a bust. The decorations on the wall. They were glass were dirty and splattered food all over them. I wanted a dinner I saw on the website they wanted to charge me 2 times because they dont make it anymore. Here is an idea take it off your web site. Got the chicken parm. Never had that processed of chicken. Every peace looked exactly they same. Waiter had to ask about everything. He brought out or drinks and no straw. Let me save you time. Pass it up Carabas and olive garden are very close to here. I went to the bathroom before I left at 6pm during dinner rush and the manager was in his office goofing around with another employee. So now we know why the food and restaurant ate not good or clean. STAY AWAY.

I've been to Papa Vino's before and never have had as bad service as I did this last time. I came here to have a nice dinner with my sister and cousin. It was a special occasion since the three of us don't get to see each other that often and my sister was in town visiting. The evening started out rocky with toasted garlic tasting fishy. We mentioned this to the waiter and he look like a deer caught in headlights. When our dinner arrived, Our waiter disappeared as soon as he put the food down. Food looked appetizing at first. However, when I went to try the butternut squash ravioli I ordered it was ice cold in the middle of the ravioli. I even cut into multiple to make sure it wasn't just the one. So after looking around and 20mins had passed we got the attention of another waiter who than sent someone else over to ask what the issue was. When I told this waiter my ravioli was ice cold she proceeded to take the plate away and said she'd have it redone. Almost an hour later and I'm still waiting for my Ravioli. But by this time my sister and cousin have finished their meals. Our original waiter finally showed back up. When I tell him what happen he tells me oh I'll just give you some time to figure out what you want to do about that, I'm going to wait on these tables over here first. I didn't need any time to figure anything out he needed to figure out where my ravioli was a long time ago. He comes back after another 15mins to say he can have the dish redone so this whole time I've been waiting no one was remaking the ravioli for me. I tell him I don't want it anymore and to please take it off the bill seeing as I didnt eat any of it or anything for that matter. At this point he asks if I want a free dessert for the trouble. I say ok I'll take the pumpkin tiramisú. The dessert was brought and as my family and I are sharing this dessert a waiter shows up with the ravioli. She stood there in front of us not knowing what to do. Then when she finally spoke she asked if I wanted the ravioli to go. I said no I already to the waiter to just take if off the bill. She said no one had told her that so it was still on the bill. When the bill came the ravioli was off but I was charged for the dessert that was supposed to be free. The waiter proceeded to tell me he took $2 off the bill for what happened even though it wasn't his problem. I understand the kitchen cooks the food and it wasn't his fault my ravioli was not cooked properly but he was part of the whole issue because he disappeared. Telling a customers your serving an issue they're having isn't your problem is rude. I order a ravioli dish that had five under cooked raviolis on it. I don't understand what was is so hard about cooking a few raviolis. Needless to say our dinner was ruined. I left here disappointed to say the least and as someone that use to come here and bring family when they visit. I don't think I'll be coming back. I'll have to find a new Italian spot because this is not it anymore.

Have not been in awhile as we moved away. Speed iin on a recent visit to the area. Food was delicious, Olivia was our server and did a great job. We sat in the bar area which was much quieter than the dining area which was very busy. The salmon was cooked perfectly.

Awesome Italian food! The carbonara was delicious, this a stop for us from now on when we are in town
