First time to use pizza hut i went on line got their website because if you don't you will not get all the great deals and their are plenty to choose from for the size of your family or friends you are feeding now I found this excellent deal were you get 2 medium pizza and 8 boneless wings and breadsticks now right from the start you pick what kind of crust you want on each pizza then you decide what kind of sauce you want on your 2 pizza then you pick what Kind of toppings you want on each pizza then on the wings you get to pick the sauce plenty of kinds of sauce then the breadsticks you get to pick what KIND of toppings from plain to cheese to bacon and cheese to cinnamon all of this which is huge cost less then $28.00 which I got to choose everything from the start and even was great plus fast check out the website and see for yourself you will be very pleased
Vegetarian options: Because you have a pizza with just vegetables and you can choose what toppings you want
The food is always good, but I want to tip on the receipt, and I can't do that if I get DoorDash every time. I'm not tipping a DoorDash driver as high as I'll tip an actual Pizza Hut driver.
I also made a special request for one of the pastas because I'm allergic to pork but still wanted meat, but I was told I could only get the veggie or Italian meats. Even when I explained that I can't have pork, the dude on the phone said “it's Italian sausage, not pork.” Italian sausage has pork in it. So does pepperoni.
Wish the one on Miami or the other Lincolnway delivered to me. Much better customer service.

Abiyt 3 weeks ago, I called in to place an order using the 809# I was unaware that I should've requested a connection to on to my local Pizza Hut on Lincolnway West, Mish. I ordered a personal veg pizza and was told the price was $6.00 which I thought was too cheat for Pizza hut. I ordered the vrgvpizza fir a 5:30 pickup. I placed my callc@ 4:15. I wentvto the Pizza hut at 5:30. The personal veg personal Pizza had a 5 sm pieces of vegetables, it was warm and the price was $9+. I made a complaint about the size, temp and cost because what I received was not what I ordered. I refused to take it and spoke to tge manage Mr who begruntly allowed me to exchange it fir a medium cheese pizza. I had to pay an additional $7. Lesson learned: go the store to place any future orders vecausebit is next door.

Ordered pizza by phone for carry out. It was definitely ready quickly….but the pizza was not the best. Probably the worst I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut especially for the $$ - almost tasted like a frozen pizza - hardly any sauce and pretty tasteless. Ordered 1 lg supreme; 1 lg veggie lovers & 1 med cheese - hand tossed. The cheese was prob the best. It’s been a couple yrs since we’ve gotten from Pizza Hut and will prob be another long while if ever.

This star is undeserved, "GM" Troy Hopper hung up on myself and an elderly resident multiple times. The driver claimed he left the residents $30 pizza at the front desk, ironically I work at the front desk and told the driver what apartment to deliver to. The driver walked down the hallway and came right back saying nothing to me. The resident who's on a fixed income came to me concerned that he not only didn't have dinner he also had been rudely treated by the manager. I called and explained what had happened he sharply told me "Mr Brian needs to order from somewhere else, the order is closed and there's nothing to be done!" When I went to take him off of speaker phone to try to have a rational conversation he hung up. I called back and the phone just rang for 3-5 minutes. I finally got through again and asked for the GM's name he hung up again. If you don't have the ability to handle tough situations you shouldn't be in any position of management let alone customer service. I hope someone higher than this person, can't call him a gentleman because he doesn't behave as such, realizes corrective actions need to be taken with him and the delivery person. Shameful how people treat the elderly and one another.
Ordered online confirmed all. Drove 20 min pick up Said no order. Then upcharge me 19.00 more then order and said sorry nothing can do call the helper number back. Called them confir.ed order went through. No one wanted to make right. Make price right,deliver it now or something not oh well. I guess they just don't give a crap. So lost this guy.

The three last times I’ve ordered, the pizza has consistently been undercooked and the breadsticks I ordered on Friday, I don’t even know what’s going on with them. I was craving Pizza Hut breadsticks Friday evening after work, but the ones I received were terrible! The usual spices were not even there and they were not cooked/baked/whatever it is that Pizza Hut does to make it so delicious! I was so disappointed! I hope this review along with others complaining of the underbaked goods bring attention to this issue. Come on, Pizza Hut. I’m giving up on this location.
