Ordering was ok but signs in drive thru went blank and couldn’t order anything else. Told the employee signs were out and she said restaurant couldn’t do anything about it. I order a classic sandwich and biscuit with a regular drink 11.00. I’m never going back to this location. Well maybe if the restaurant gives better service and fix their equipment. In my opinion by don’t think the employee said anything to her manager or she just doesn’t care and it’s rude to hurry a customer wanting to order.

The service is really terrible. A group of people work there. I understand your hard work, but the manager is a very bad manager who arranges the work brainlessly. I have to wait 50 minutes to buy a family set of 16 pieces of fried chicken. And the customers who arrived later than me took away the food first.

My kids tenders tasted like fish or seafood and we r allergic to shellfish and most fish, i believe they should definitely use different fryers for different types of meat to cook...

Delivery company didn’t deliver order I called talked with Gm and he replaced meal and it was hot and fresh best popeyes

I ordered the 3 piece chicken box deal for $5.00 the chicken tasted disgusting, my biscuit was hard as a brick. The staff will have you waiting in drive thru for a very long time and take out the wait is FOREVER. Every time I visited this particular Popeyes it’s NEVER any different I will not be returning to this one at all poor service, bad quality food, I just don’t understand why this one is still in business needs new everything New Crew, New Management, and better tasting food .

Ordered a 6 piece wing and 2 chicken sandwiches…only got the 6 piece wing meal.

The food was good, and the customer service was good. Drive-thru was fast.

I ordered online and I went to the drive-thru to pick up my order they told me it wasn't ready and to park in the handicap spot. I sat out there for 15 minutes and no one came out with any food. I went in to see what was going on with my order and it was sitting on the counter. I gave me my order and when I got home 5 minutes away my fries were totally cold and my chicken was cold it was totally unacceptable.

It's rubbish. I waited at the bar for half an hour to order and there was no staff to greet me. There were no other customers on site.
