I frequent this location for their chopped salad every couple of weeks. You are rushed through ordering and then wait forever in the drive-thru line to get your food where they rush you again. 75% of the time I have had to have them correct the dressing they give me. Overall I love the salads and every now and then I get a fry to go with it. It really isn't the best curb appeal when they have a pop-up tent or any of that right by the drive-thru speaker. Really there isn't...

I was confused about why I didnt get a drink with the "combo" and asked the manager, she explained it (i got the beef and dog combo, not combo meal) and she gave me a drink anyways. I had just gotten turned away at qdoba because they didn't want to make more orders, this gesture made my night!

Portillo's is arguably my favorite fast food establishment of all time. The Mishawaka location does not put the "fast" in "fast food", however. I have waited both in the drive-thru and in the restaurant multiple times for over 20 minutes. If you're in a hurry, don't stop at this location.
