Burger King east end in LaPorte waited almost 10 minutes with one car in front of me at drive through when I got to speaker waited another 15 minutes at speaker for no one to answer went inside ordered a 4 piece jalapeño cheddar bites and a large drink girl takes money and then walks away no cup stood 10 minutes more inside waiting and watching teenagers yell at manager telling her how to do her job to find out everything was already cooked when I finally got them they were cold and all the cheddar cooked out of them ! Place is a filthy joke like all the other quality dining restaurants won’t be back to any of them

All I know is that if they are going to own a bunch of restaurants when they need to focus on them much better like their Burger King especially the app itself the Burger King app needs fixed get it fixed when you try to use it it doesn't work so now how do I get all my perks and all my points it's ridiculous to have a app and then you can't use it to do what you're supposed to do . Don't get me wrong I love Burger King it's good the prices are right most of the time but still the app needs work .

Was at Burger King Goshen Indiana today,, stood in an empty dining room at the counter and couldn’t get waited on,, so we went down the road to Culver’s and got great service.
Former employee. Mr H. Mr Miller. Mr F. Not Fitzpatrick. Great people. Not sure if they are all there now. Loved working for them. Company never followed through with their own employe hand book. Very sad. Sold the company to the mother ship. (Chilis). Dans son is taking over. Hope he does a better job. Dan certainly lost his footing.
This is a favorite rest stop for me when traveling through western Illinois on I-80. I have visited this Culver's several times. Less than 1/2 mile from the Interstate exit. Good fast food, clean and well-maintained restaurant, friendly staff and clean bathrooms. Much quicker in and out at the Geneseo exit compared to Quad Cities or La Salle-Peru area.
Parking: Clean bathrooms and friendly service. Soft serve ice cream is featured for dessert.
Kid-friendliness: They cater to families and seniors too!
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap accessible parking and curbless entry points.

Can’t read the food because they never got it. I waited so long in the first window that the guy behind me even went around and screamed in the window. I don’t have all day to wait so after waiting three more minutes at the first window to pay I finally took off. This is ridiculous. There was literally no one ahead of me and only one person behind me and they couldn’t get it right, I wish I could tell you this wasn’t normal but I left the other day because they had me at the drive up for seven minutes with Only saying, please hold on I’ll be right with you never to return

i went in for a interview and the vp of accounting Eric Niermann was rude and ignorant and was not polite
Never work for this company! They literally don't even respect the dead let alone their workers. After working at a couple of their burger king locations I was barely paid, overworked, extremely disrespected by all higher-ups and after a person died on the property I was getting texts and calls telling me to reopen the store with the guys body still in the drive through. I was expected to work as if nothing happened the next day and I'm still working on my PTSD of that day nearly a year later.
I've seen employees abused and harassed by managers who get promoted or just "talked to" afterwards. I was expected to work through someone having an overdose in the bathroom, multiple medical emergencies both from guests and employees, and when police were investigating after gunshots in the building, twice. It took years to get more than minimum wage. If I wasn't struggling with my mental health so much I would have left way sooner.

It's amazing how this company can have some many restaurants and all of them be equally as bad and dirty. Maybe they should focus on quality instead of just making a

I visited the Burger King at 22 Pine Island Rd in Cape Coral, FL and had the worst experience in ordering and receiving food thru a drive thru. Manager on Duty was rude and poorly trained. Staff on their cell phones and standing around while one young man was working in kitchen. Manager stated they were short handed and busy...but not in the restaurant as it was raining and if you have time to be texting or standing around, but you have a large line in your drivr thru ....explains why no one is there. I would Not Recommend this location nor would I leave my business in the hands of someone so poorly trained that she drives business away!

A truly crooked company all around.
