The attitude, dishonesty, and volatility of the owner is outrageous. It's sad because it's a nice venue and the staff and performers are great. The food is inconsistent because the owner is constantly changing everything and it's all frozen, pre-made, cheap food and I know because I worked there lol. Oh and let's not forget the FACT that she shorted mine and other employees pay. And there's nothing better than an owner that parks outside her business to do drugs. Sad sad sad.

Only bad thing I would say was thought the cover was a little high. The food was great. The vibe was great. The lady bartender was amazing and when eplained what I like she had a suggestion right away, also was very pleasant. The staff all very well dressed. The drag show was great. Was great to meet Amy for the first time and she how muck she and her wife put into this place. If in area again will definitely go back.

My wife Christine and I attended Sunday Bruch today and had an absolute blast!! The food was outstanding, with such a delicious variety, the drag performers were phenomenal and soo entertaining and the service was amazing!! Everyone was sooo friendly, including Amy and Dawn, the owners who talked with us after the show!! The R bar is a priceless treasure in this area as there are not many other business who are inclusive to us!! We felt safe, loved and appreciated and absolutely cannot wait until the next drag brunch!! Thank you Amy, Dawn and staff for such a great time today!!

Friendly atmosphere, great staff and delicious food. We attended their Sunday Brunch and a show and my wife and I had a wonderful time!!! The owners even came by our table to speak to us for a few minutes.

Ended up going here after dinner Saturday night. $5 to get in and the time we arrived lots of open seating, the drinks from the bar were pretty good. The bathroom is nice and clean which is a good thing for a bar, the food was pretty good as well
