The food was amazing! Fast service...very friendly staff! We went thru drive thru this time! We always go here after baseball game when we drive to South Bend. Great food! Hot and fresh.

Very good atmosphere and service for the sheer amount of people they get in and out of here. The chicken wasn't quite what I expected though; it tasted kind of plain to me. Never had Raising Cane's, maybe that's the way it's supposed to be? Either way, a good experience.

I understand that the service industry is suffering due to staff shortages (poor pay)... but there is no excuse for dirty bathrooms and dirty tables. Every table was filthy, and the place had maybe 6 customers inside. I told the counter person about the bathrooms, but it fell on deaf ears. Sadly, if the public spaces are dirty therefore the kitchen must be unsanitary as well. I will not be returning. Do not eat here.

30 minute line with like 7 people in line. Hmm I wonder what good people will order and what we should have ready ... Honestly a ridiculously slow pace. A complete waste of my time and the fries were soggy by the time I got my food (sitting in a box the whole time). Waste of money

Good food, get it to go though. My sister really loves Cane's so I end up stopping by quite a bit. The wait times are always pretty long, regardless of how many customers there are, but there usually tends to be a lot of people here so it's forgivable on most occasions. The prices are pretty high for what I would consider cheap food, but the quality is always good and the food is always hot.Dining in has been pretty hectic every time I've decided to eat there. Dozens of people, loud conversation over the loud music, and dirty tables have been consistent with every visit. Again, it's mostly to do with the volume of customers they get, so it's forgivable.

Considering you can only order chicken strips or a chicken strip sandwich with sides we ordered and the food was good.

So many different seating options, from single booths, large party corner booths, spinning bar chairs, high tops, typical table seating and half table booths. Raising Cane's sauce is phenomenal, never had bad chicken here. The signature sweet tea is so yummy. This specific location is always friendly, fast and clean. If they run out of soap, alert a service member and they'll restock it in seconds. My friend left his bag here once and an employee came and got us to return our bag. Again, we live in Michigan so leaving that would have sucked. Above and beyond service from the team here.
