We had the best server. Her name was Violetta. Never missed a refill of drinks or biscuits. Was very nice and attentive.

We had planned on celebrating a birthday here last Tuesday (December 2, 2025), and arrived at approximately 3:15 PM. We were promptly seated and then basically ignored. Adding to this, the one server who was working started taking orders of tables who were seated after we were. No apology - just pathetic excuses from your hostess; who told us that the biscuit person was sent home, along with two servers. Who cares, lady? We just wanted to eat a meal here...not be ignored to the point of becoming so angry that we had to walk out. My friend and I used to love coming to RL, but your service staff (I cannot even really call it service now, can I?) needs help. DO YOU NOT EVEN HAVE A MANAGER ON STAFF TO ENSURE APPROPRIATE STAFFING LEVELS? We unfortunately had a bunch of RL gift cards that have been chucked in the garbage. If you do nothing else, at least look into this place, as it's gone to hell.
