Red Lobster

It was very busy sure to it being Mothers Day. Our table was booked through Open Table so we were seated quickly. However it was at least 15 minutes before anyone asked if we had been waited on. When we said no, she immediately offered free drinks and soup. She apologized for the mishap, stating it was due to a shift change mix up. She bent over backwards to make up for it. Wish I had gotten her name. Best waitress ever! We had a wonderful dinner.

The food here is always good and the prices for seafood are pretty normal. The service tonight was excellent. We don't often go to chains, but we do like Red Lobster and will continue to visit if the food and service are as good as tonight.

We made an online reservation for 7:45pm and we weren't seated until 8:30pm. The hostess was very nice but the wait was too long for a booked reservation.

It was valentines day so it is expected they would be busy. We had a reservation and didn't get seated until like 30 minutes from the time of our reservation. We then had to wait a very long time to recieve all the courses of our meal and ended up taking dessert to go because we were there waiting so long for everything. But on normalt days I'm hopeful it would not be this way.

Wonderful service, but unfortunately the main course came out luke warm and the lobster was not fully cooked.

The food was great. The service was really good. The floor was never cleaned from the previous guests, which was kind of gross. Other than that, everything was good.

I will say I've always enjoyed Red Lobster, but the new tartar sauce us absolutely disgusting! I really like the old version.

Our waitress was wonderful! She was friendly, attentive and polite. Our food was very good too! My 90 year old Dad has not been to a Red Lobster before and he loved everything about our visit.

Parking: No issues getting a Handicap spot right in front

Wheelchair accessibility: No issues getting my Dad in and out of the restaurant. The staff were ready and waiting to open the doors for my father and I and seated us close to the door as well so that he didn’t have to go far for a table

Personally I thought lobsters was gonna taste better but I guess is an acquired taste the rest of the food was plain, the coconut shrimp and the butter they gave us felt old the service was ok even though it was pretty much empty now I understand why they're going bankrupt

I was so happy to have a break from cooking Sunday dinner at home because my husband suggested we go out for dinner. We initially stopped at Olive Garden however the wait was 50-60 minutes. We enjoy the cuisine there but did not want to wait. Thus we got in the car and headed to Red Lobster. Bad decision. The Arnold Palmer was “water-boy” Palmer, the mango iced tea was iced water no mango flavor included. We asked the waitress to change our drinks to sodas. Sirloin steak, mashed potato, Brussel sprouts, shrimp Alfredo, shrimp scampi and two soda pops $55. It had been 8 years since we had dined at Red Lobster and in my husband’s words “we know the next time we will eat here…never”
