Our burgers were overcooked. My wife's had onions on it, when she requested no onions. We were going to enjoy bottomless fries and our drinks, maybe a dessert, but after our food came, we never saw our server again.

We ordered takeout using the app. The experience was perfect. The food was ready at the time promised and the order was correct. The burgers, mac n cheese and kettle chips were delicious.

We waited an hour for our meals. They arrived cold. The manger stated that the ticket got lost. It took them an hour to figure that out? We paid for our drinks and onion rings and left. Our appetizer and drinks should have been free. Bad customer service☹️☹️

It may not be accurate to rate the whole restaurant based on one bartender. This was the worst experience we have ever had. When we asked for a side of ranch, she literally threw it at my husband. That was enough for me. The manager was kind, heard my complaint, offered us an alternative seat, and asked to correct the experience. While that was much appreciated, the experience was ruined. Hopefully it was a bad night and things get better.

The burgers are really big and the Tower of Onion Rings is amazing. Sweet potato fries were hot and perfectly seasoned. It's kind of loud though. Good food but not great for a date if you want to talk.

Our waitress was nice but seemed busy like she was doing other people's jobs too or the only person that knew much. Unfortunately, we kept having to get up to get stuff or ask for stuff. We asked for more fries since they only gave us about 8 with our sandwiches, and all our food was gone before we got about 10 more fries brought out to us. So I wouldn't go expecting bottomless anything. We got the burger that the cheese is supposed to run down over it, and it came out in a jello like consistency & stayed in the shape of the ring that they shoved down into the sandwich. The sandwich also fell apart & was SUPER messy and no way to eat it since it had the jello cheese on top of it. Again, I had to ask for silverware & napkins to eat it & by the time we got them, it was cold.
The building was clean inside. The bathroom smelled awful, but that may have been from guests & not the company. It was just OK but not our best experience by far.
Parking: There is additional parking around back but you have to walk around the building since the entrance is in the front middle.
