Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Good environment, service good. Food horrible for the price. Burgers tasted like they had 0 seasoning. Will not be going back.

Their burgers are very good. The fries are good too, but we waited a very long time for the refill. I think they were short on wait staff. It's maybe just in my head but I liked the fries better in the past, back when they came in metal baskets... Or am I thinking of a different place?

I took away a star because it took an incredibly long time to get our milkshakes. We were done our meals before they came out, and not offered water or any other beverages. However, it was an issue with the machine.
Overall, our service (Diamond was our server) was great. Very friendly and helpful and tried her best. Food was as expected. Good for a quick and cheap meal for the family.

Hamburgers always amazing my son is a huge huge hamburger 🍔 eater its his specialty 🤤 he loves this place for them we always sit at the bar and love it at the bar we dont drink at the bar just eat becuse we like it better then the the booths if ur a big person u will like the bar more as well and the lady and man that work the bar are always so great god bless them both!!

Waited at least 1/2 hour for lunch today. She gave us cokes but never took our order other tables we talked to upset also long waits for food and wrong food being delivered. We left. Understaffed! But was not super busy either.

Food and service were outstanding. Several tables were dirty for over 30 minutes and it wasn't busy. Maybe they'd had a rush before we got there.

It's not just a burger joint. My husband and daughter love burgers and there's quite the variety, I like the fish options and the salad options, but then I also steal some of their fries.

Food was decent. Unfortunately, when I bit into my burger I found some sheet paper in my burger. It’s a good thing it was in my food and not my daughter’s.
