Went there for the first time on Father's Day. We had an excellent meal. Our server, Rachael, was outstanding. She did an excellent job explaining everything since it was our first time at the restaurant. In fact, the entire staff was! I'm trying to remember the last time I observed the teamwork the staff displayed.

Food was not very good. Everything was over seasoned. Mashed potatoes and steak were not edible. Server was nice but busy. It was so loud our family couldn't even hear each other.

This place really place other steak restaurants in perspective. By far better than almost all other chain steak restaurants in this area. Consistent quality, good service, and a solid atmosphere bring this place to the best of in the municipality. The service can depend on how busy they get. So be calm and practice patience when the are obviously packed. I only wish I could of taken my late father here, he would of loved it.

Subpar food. I definitely was not impressed with this place after seeing all the hype. I wanted to try it for myself and was super disappointed. I got a New York strip and mash potatoes. Steak was salty and over cooked. Mash potatoes were not seasoned. We got the rattlers for an appetizer and that was the best part of my dinner!
The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. There's rustic cowboy art, there's a fireplace, and horn chandeliers. I ordered the Texas T-Bone steak and flash fried green beans. The steak was cooked to temp but was really lacking flavor. My green beans had more flavor than my steak. The rangler appetizers are so delicious though. I think they were the best thing we had. They're basically shrimp stuffed into a jalapeno popper and fried crispy.

My family and I went out to dinner here and server Katie with dark hair was very rude and hateful always rolling her eyes. We were at the table for at least 20 minutes before we got our drink only because the other server Adrien got them for us and she kept checking on us through out the night making sure we were good!
