I placed a mobile order at 1:04. Drove to the place and sat in line for almost 15 minutes. Finally got up to the window, only to find out that they didn’t have my order. I was asked to show my confirmation email, and I told them my name three times. They apologized and told me to pull up to the door on the side of the building, saying they would “bring it out in one minute”. Sat for another 5 minutes before they finally brought it out. So I pretty much wasted my entire lunch hour sitting around waiting for these employees to get their orders straight. This was my third and last time coming here.
i come to smoothie king all the time for one specific smoothie. i usually go to the one in granger but since being closer to the one in Mishawaka i go there instead. however, the last 3 times I’ve gone the smoothies have been so disappointing and inconsistent. They seem to not measure out their ingredients at all because it tastes different every single time. The one i got today was absolutely disgusting and tasted like bitter ice from the cocoa powder in it.

Smoothie King never disappoints! The smoothies are always fresh, flavorful, and packed with quality ingredients. Whether I’m grabbing a post-workout protein boost or just something refreshing on a hot day, there’s always a perfect option on the menu. The staff is friendly, quick, and always happy to make recommendations. The store is clean and welcoming, and I love how easy the app makes ordering ahead. Definitely my favorite smoothie place—highly recommend!
Don’t go through drive thru if ur in a hurry 15 mins for 2 drink’s ridiculous.
The guy took my half my order and never returned back to finish my order. I waited, I said hello and just drove around. He simply said he never got my two fruits. I just looked at him and paid.
Olliver is the greatest he always gets my order right. I always get the Pineapple surf and it’s literally my favourite drink to get. I recommend anyone to go to this location and purchase your smoothies you will not be disappointed…
As a former smoothie king employee, I speak with experience when I say this smoothie king is not ran as it should be (unless smoothie king has made some corporate changes).
I go to smoothie king probably 4 times a week and I order the same like 3 different smoothies and I customize them the same way EVERY. TIME. I have ordered in person and on the app and have never had a problem besides at this location.
I was told that you can’t sub dates for other fruits because they are considered a powder?? (even though on the menu IN PERSON and ONLINE shows that dates are a FRUIT) and I was told that you cannot sub almonds for fruit or peanut butter, even though it is categorized as the same thing on the menu as well.
BUT here is the crazy thing! I was told I can customize whatever I want however I want if I order it online, but I can’t do it in the store.
So I pulled out of the drive through, tried to order it at the counter, and then I ultimately ended standing inside the store and ordering it on the app.
And the employees were frustrated by my requests/questions. They were not friendly and were clearly upset.
Perhaps if the policies that don’t make any sense changed, the employees wouldn’t get frustrated by people trying to order.
Not coming back to this location.
I’ve been a frequent customer at Smoothie King and have always loved their smoothie bowls, but my recent experiences have been nothing short of disappointing. Today was the final straw.
When I received my smoothie bowl, it was only half full and didn’t reflect the substitution I made due to my severe allergies. I politely asked for it to be remade, but the second bowl was exactly the same as the first. To make matters worse, the employee working at the time rolled her eyes at me and didn’t respond when I tried to explain the issue again.
It’s incredibly frustrating to feel dismissed, especially when I’ve been a loyal customer for so long. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of effort and professionalism from the staff today was unacceptable. I’m really disappointed and not sure if I’ll be returning after this experience.
I went this morning to get the free holiday smoothie and it tasted great! However, the young lady taking the orders and working the window was short, snappy, moody, and seemed like she hated her job. Now I get we all have bad days but a good attitude and positive energy is what gives awesome client satisfaction. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location either. It appears there needs to be some attitude training at this location! Hope to have better luck next time!

10am Friday Sept 13th, Cannot/will not take my order via drive through because they have catering and online orders to fulfill.
I fully understand how catering orders can be daunting, but refusing to take an in person order via driveway through Is ridiculous.
Lauren Jester is the owner of such location. Can you please explain why your employees are refusing to take orders via drive-through.
This will be my second time at location, the first was super easy and simple no issues. Employees should fulfill orders when stores hours are open to the public.
Hopefully next time my order of a single 44oz drink can be fulfilled within 5-10mins or less via drive-through.
