During a quick stop in Mishawaka after some shopping at Wal-Mart, we decided to swing by Sonic for a refreshing treat. We opted for a couple of Diet Cherry Limeades in the Route 44 size—because they are just that good—and the decision did not disappoint!Thanks to Sonic's in-app ordering system, our drinks were ready almost instantly as we pulled up to the window. The convenience of this feature is hard to overstate; it really streamlined our visit. Plus, the app offered a buy-one-get-one (BOGO) deal for all day happy hour, which made our impromptu refreshment stop feel like a steal.The Diet Cherry Limeades were as delightful as always, striking that perfect balance of tart and sweet with a fizzy kick, making them the ideal pick-me-up during a busy day of errands. Overall, our quick visit to Sonic was a hit, providing a fast, friendly, and cost-effective experience.

Came to Sonic for the 1st time ever. Ordered #1 value meal with just ketchup. Even had to repeat myself 3 times. They put every condiment available on the cheeseburger. When I contacted customer service about it. There solution was to have me download your app and buy something else to get a free cheeseburger. The entire meal should have been replaced. At the bare minimum the cheeseburger should have been replaced free. But to have to buy MORE food to get what you made wrong replaced is the WORST customer service solution I have ever experienced. Whoever came up with this policy definitely is not customer service oriented. Avoid Sonic don't recommend at all.

We came to sonic to grab something so that my fiancé could have something for dinner tonight at her work. We parked and were told they would be back in a moment to take our order. When they came back they ask what we wanted and was ordering but got cut off again and was told to wait a moment and heard they were busy. That was rude on her part to tell what I wanted and then to be cut off and wait longer. So we left and went somewhere else. You have good food but service was rude and told my fiancé it's a Friday why wouldn't you have a full crew. We don't expect to be coming back any sooner. Maybe when you get more employees and better service.

I normally have great customer service and speedy accurate orders. Especially from Paris. This visit started just as good, but ended with a negative experience. I had to wait for more that 45 minutes for my order, despite pressing the RED button twice and being ignored. When I finally made contact I was given cold food and a melted shake. Please make sure these occurrences are limited. Be the dependable fast food the public has come to know and love.Parking: 2 Drive thru lanes and multiple car hop spots.Kid-friendliness: Great kid food options.
