wonderful I'm going again
Today I placed a mobile order around 10:05. I arrived at 10:20ish. My drink was ready, but my food wasn’t. I waited, waited, waited. Around 10:40 they call my name. I approach the counter - but it’s not my food. Rather, it’s an empty bag that simply says “out :(“
I had to go to the register to ask for a refund. I wasn’t offered one or spoken to by a barista - I was just slid an empty bag across the counter. This location consistently has slow, terrible service....read full review
