I ordered a, Iced Venti Gingerbread Latte with Oat milk & for the first time ever it was the worst drink ive EVER had at Starbucks!! It was only this one! I've had quite a few GL's prior so I know what they're supposed to taste like. First I noticed there was no whip. Ok, no big deal. However, the very first sip and it tasted like a huge cup of liquid big red gum!!! 🤢🤢🤢 Bleck! I thought, ok maybe it just needs to be mixed a bit. NOPE! Still awful! I ended up throwing it away & I've NEVER thrown away a drink from Starbucks. 🥺🤷‍♀️

Just had an amazing experience I had to brag about today. The barista Kylie I('m not sure if I'm spelling it right) is absolutely amazing!! Its red cup day which I know is a busy day for all Starbucks. I called another store to see if they had any cups left and was told yes it would be with my pickup order to find out they gave away my cups before I got there. I was a little upset because literally was told 5 min before they had mine put aside. I'm not a mean person and just said ok I'll try another one and tried this location at Douglas and Main. I called and talked to Kylie and she made sure ingot my cup. She is absolutely amazing. I know it's just a cup but her customer service and kindness is exactly what you would want in a person ❤️

Definitely will not be returning to this location until the whole crew is gone! My co worker and I were there this morning to our usual orders and we overheard the manager and a crew member bad talking about customer because they screwed up the order. Not to mention my colleague drink was horrible and I mean yuck, I will not return to this location until immediate action is taken.

The first thing I was asked was to leave a tip, they had the tip screen held out the window before I even rolled up. Then when I said I was doing cash, they asked me if I'd like to leave my 86 cents as a tip.

Quit asking for tips. You're payed an hourly wage, if you have to beg for tips like that, starbucks should be paying their employees more.

I was in last around 8:30-9:00pm, Saturday, February 1st. N. Main, Mishawaka location. I live a block away and thought I could quickly pop in and get a cup of coffee. Asked for a simple regular house brew small cup of coffee. I was told the machine was not working, and told I could get an Americana that was some sort of espresso shots with coffee or something, and I was like “sure that’s fine” becuase I really wanted some caffeine and whatever was easiest for them, even though, like, coffee is Starbucks whole business model, their whole existence is coffee, and your telling me a brewed cup is impossible.
Then I was told the card reader system was down and they would have to run the card on their “to go” register, which again I was like, “thats fine.” The store was pretty empty, only a group of three people sitting at a table that looked like they had long finished there coffee and what ever else they had, and where just hangin out chatting. And as I waited someone pulled up in the drive through. After ten minutes I didn’t receive my order, nor did I see anyone working on it, or visible employees. So I decided to leave, I wasn’t going wait another ten minutes to my already ten minutes totally 20 minutes for a cup of house brewed coffee that was over priced at $4.00 for a small, at a place who’s sole purpose is to sell coffee, at a time when it seemed the business was seemingly empty free of customers.
I think my biggest take away is that Starbucks has killed the independent small coffee shops that offered great customer service only to receive Starbucks overpriced shitty coffee with poor customer service.

One employee was rude. The other two were nice, it takes too long. The employees are too focused on drive-thur and forget about the people in the lobby. I’ve waited 20+ minutes and there was another customer that waited 30+ minutes in the lobby and was still waiting while I decided to leave and got a refund this is the 2nd time this happened to me would not recommend this Starbucks

This is by far the worst Starbucks in the area!!!! DON'T go here. This particular location is on the way to my place of business, I get what I assumed is a very easy order(Venti Iced Peach green tea lemonade). Pretty much every time I order it, it's wrong! I always have to go back and get another one, or if I'm in a hurry I have to go to another location to get it done right. When I go to the nearest location to get it done correctly, that store always says that's the worst store in the area.

This morning I ordered the tea listed above. You guessed it, it's wrong! I turn around and go back and explain that it's missing the lemonade. Instead of just making it over, the ice was poured out and the person put lemonade in it. Now the drink is warm with ZERO ice in it.

I asked to speak to a manager, the employee (Jane) tells me I can't speak to a manager because she's busy. I then told the employee (Jane) I'll wait, she (Jane) then tells me I'd have to call back later because the manager(Sara) can't be disturbed. Are you serious??? I understand a mistake every once in a while, but almost every single time is unacceptable. I'm high maintenance at all.
