Excellent attention. I am a fan of the franchise and very few places like this. The cashier was super friendly and helpful. Even the first place I visit where they ask me for my name for the order, because in other Starbucks, they don't do it and the service is not good. I congratulate the cashier... Please more employees like her. And the establishment is quite reserved and quiet.

Over 20 minutes inside to not get a drink and when asking a barista she was rude and refused to help me so I asked for a refund and she said “I can’t help you, go back to the register” the girl at the register was so nice and promptly refunded. I also told both girls that I realized it was not their faults.

Everytime I come to this location on Lincolnway and bittersweet it’s always super friendly and energetic if this location was not the farthest away I would be here a lot the more all other locations closer to me have not been as friendly or energetic as they have been in the past definitely would come in more often if your place was closer
