Miss Trina was very friendly and helpful. She taught me how to order some of the newer drinks on the menu ☕ using modern Starbucks-ese. It's a whole different linguistic register from how we used to order them when I worked at Starbucks in South Florida back in the 90s 🌴🥥🌊🍊 and when we opened the first Starbucks in Spain in the early 2000s at Atocha-Renfe 🇪🇸. Miss Trina and I also had a great conversation about the new Samsung Galaxy Z-Fold 3 🤳. Miss Beau was also great -- she made sure I had a carrier and some green spill guards for each of the drinks. And Miss Nuha was exceptionally kind and helpful, and she made some award-worthy coffee drinks for us. ¡Alucinante 💫! She even upgraded one of my drinks from a grande to a venti when it took slightly longer than usual to make. I was highly impressed with how quickly these ladies worked to make so many customers happy 🪽. If Starbucks still does Snapshots, this would be 5-star legendary service ⭐. I look forward to coming back and ordering more.

I was very disappointed in the boba. It was so under filled that when it popped I had thick casing off everything boba. It ruined the drink. They were much better last year. Skip Starbucks boba and get Big B. So much better.

I came to this Starbucks basically every morning. One morning some new guy dressed like a woman can't take a 50 dollar bill for an 18 dollar meal. They dont have 32 dollars????? Won't be back. No sign, nothing.

Great StarBucks! I’m usually there very early (before 7am), and not only is the staff smiling and very polite, but my coffee is also consistently amazing! I highly recommend this location for your daily dose of coffee! I’ll continue to go to here no matter what!

Staff seemed very unorganized Waited about 15-20 minutes to get a drink and 2 sandwiches I went back down by the cashier to see what was going on only to see both sandwiches sitting out by the toater oven done not in the wrappers

I love Starbucks but not this one. The past two days I’ve had my order messed up twice. I think in like 7 years I’ve gotten Starbucks at any other locations I’ve had to turn around maybe once or twice. And this once has made me turn around twice in 48 hours. I ordered a frap with no whip and there was whip whatever and then they forgot my sandwich and we didn’t realize until I was 15 minutes away so we turned around and the sandwich I got was half cold. Yesterday they forgot cold foam on my drink. Just frustrating.
This starbucks on McKinley has always given 100% in making sure the guest is satisfied

Go to any other Starbucks besides this one. I love Starbucks and enjoy it almost daily. I ordered me and my son's usual and neither of them were made correctly. I went back and asked for a remake. The worker was not only rude but threw the drinks into the sink with aggression. When the drinks were re-made she just slid it across the counter.. Not the vibes I usually get at Starbucks. They all seem miserable at this location. I'll drive the extra few minutes away next time...

It was the two for $10 special so I got a grande caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino and venti strawberry acai. When I got to the window she was giving me a drink that didn't look familiar and she said it was a pink drink. Unfortunately I was not able to drink it because of what was in it but she was very nice and offering and had no problem making the one I had ordered. Staff was extremely nice.
