There is no heat in this restaurant, I was freezing. I couldn't even enjoy my meal. I was wearing my coat and so were all the workers. The little girl who was working was so helpful and polite, but she was shivering... the heat needs to be FIXED!

I went to this location to check the balance on my gift card. They tell me they cannot check balance at the restaurant; I have to order food and just attempt to use it to pay at the kiosk, otherwise use the phone number or website to check balance. Website says, "To check your gift card balance, call the number on the back of your card or visit your local Steak ’n Shake." The phone number connects, then immediately disconnects. My sympathies to those entrepreneurs who paid for a franchise and receive this disaster.

I ordered two value meals with fries, an additional fry, and a chocolate shake. Unfortunately, when I got home, the third fry that I paid $2.29 for was not included in my order. I attempted to call the staff last night, but the phone kept ringing without any response. Can you please address this issue? Is this how you conduct business?
