Never been before but I had to try beef tallow fries. The burger was tasty and the fries and onion rings were great too. I had a chocolate shake too, which I couldn't finish. Too stuffed.

The men's bathroom was very dirty and the paper towel roll was sitting in the counter rather than in the dispenser. The digital order kiosk was out of receipt paper. They were out of grilled onions and lettuce. Everything seemed sticky. Customers were cleaning their own tables with napkins and water. The burgers and shakes tasted good though.

2nd Steak n Shake ive been to in separate regions in past few weeks. Same experience good food and service but filthy restaurant and restrooms look like they are never cleaned. Now we know why they are going out of Business. Too bad because food is pretty good for fast food.
