Employees are frequently talking on the phone while taking orders, so you have to repeat things multiple times. I’ve come in three times to a note saying they’re gone for a bathroom break, and when they’re back, they forgot to turn on the oven, so we have to wait for it to heat up. Employees also barely know the menu, and have to check the sign behind them constantly. I’ve had 5 different employees serve me in a 6 month span. Just an especially terribly run subway, and that’s saying something. I used to come here every day during my lunch break, but now I never will again

There was one girl up front by herself on a Friday.. so I can see why she did this but really? I ordered two foot longs and it says toasted on the receipt and neither one was toasted both are stone cold as a rock. It was a uber eats pick up order, and I can’t help but feel like she must have thought it was a delivery so she just decided not to toast them to save time.. so lazy never coming back

put in an online order way in advance, staff didn't start making my order until i had sat there for over 20 minutes. wasted my lunch break

The older lady was very rude I asked for my sandwich to be toasted again for a 6in it came out totally burnt I asked if she could remake it and she threw her arms up and started mumbling under her breath the whole time. My boyfriend was paying while this was happening and the guy that checked him out did not give him a receipt nor our change back! Go to the McDonalds instead, this subway SUCKS.

I am just went over there. It is good everything like food and surveys atmosphere. They have like happily customer service they give it to me there’s like amazing and they making something like fresh and the meat. Also good that’s a nice.

There was no wait. I had fast service, wasn't busy at all. Everything looked pretty clean. I ordered a sandwich for my son, it was a breeze. I don't like that they now cover the meats and cheeses and other items... You can't see how it looks, or anything, like if it's sloppy or things accidentally mixed with others. I want to see the actual items you're putting on the sub and the container it came from.
Parking: Plenty of parking. This is not a very big Subway, and most people get their subs to go.
Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't see a designated handicapped parking space.

Beyond, as we all know Subway already being the worst sandwich shop of all sandwich shops, and not worth going to except when there is no other option, this one has additional issues that make it even worse then others in an already failing franchise.First, they do not accept Subway coupons, or they restrict them further then they already are.Second, they don't accept orders using the Subway online ordering App.Third, They don't open during their posted hours. In fact, sometimes they don't open for several hours past their posted hours and they seem to follow a very much show up and open day to day when they feel like, leave early whenever it suits them, and generally ignoring all their posted advertisement about when they open and close.As an additional reason to avoid this one, my understanding is that Subway as a franchise switched to meats being cut at the counter now... Since they have pre-cut meats and don't cut them in front of you, it further really makes you question what meat they are using and where they are getting it...As a P.S. - Be careful about the rebar pieces jutting up into the air along the back alley, and don't fall and impale yourself. The property owner has been made aware of the concern but has not addressed it, leaving this potential hazard where high school kids are biking, walking, running, and skateboarding past, all year, just waiting for someone's potentially fatal injury that could have been avoided with 20 seconds of work using an angle grinder.

Upon walking in, the employee blurted out "we only have white and wheat bread!" No hello or anything like that. A doordash driver came in, grabbed a bag of an order and it ripped. The aforementioned sandwich 'artist' rolled her eyes and let's us all know that she just got here. We left and went somewhere else.

Placed order online and it said it was received and over $50 was taken from my account immediately. My husband arrived to pick up the food and the doors were locked early and she yelled they were closed. I called to find out what happened and she claimed no order came to her. I asked how to get my money back and she said they are not giving it back because they didn’t receive an order. Horrible service.
