i went to subway after i got off school to get a sandwich before i went into work. i ate the first half of the sandwich and no issues. however now sitting on my break and eating the second half, i find a huge piece of plastic in my food that poked the inside of my mouth. that’s utterly disgusting.

I went there a few days back and ordered a chicken bacon sub with extra meat and I paid over $20. I always have lettuce on my sub and when I looked at the lettuce I was absolutely appalled. The guy said that always lettuce look like that for some reason I could not believe they were serving this

Ordered online for pickup. It was 8:10 got back home at 8:15 to open my sandwhich only to find the bread was extremely stale. I figured I can pull off the hard part. But that would have been most of the bread. So considering it was late tried to make the best of it and literally scratched my face biting into bread that was so hard. I decided to take back. I arrived at almost 8:30 only to find they decided to close 30min early. I return the lunch the next day with my receipt the entire sandwhich minus the one bite I tried to take. He told me he can’t refund me me and hesitantly offered to make another. Looking at the ingredients on display with brown lettuce and ranch that wasn’t even white anymore. Was coming out a brown/orangish color I asked when can I have my money back because honestly this is just unacceptable. He said they don’t have a way to do refunds. I take the sandwhich because at this point I’ve already paid $15 only to get home and realize they are using the same stale bread from the day before. The video is of the SECOND sandwhich which tells me this is normal bread quality from them. Oddly I went to Jimmy John’s around the corner to grab a loaf of day old bread for 50cents and their day old bread still was soft like it came out the oven 10min before. But I got the bread to put the insides of this sandwhich in. The fact I pay $15.xx for a sandwich that I have I come home and remake just to make it acceptable to me at is beyond me. I’ll never return here. And if you order here go in store to watch your items be made. Oh and lastly I paid extra for a 20oz bottled drink. Only to be given a small cup and a sorry they don’t have the drinks listed online. Considering I paid for extra for the bottled drink they could have at least offered a bigger size cup. But apparently that’s against their policy as well. Never again l can’t upload the video so posting screenshots to show how hard my bread was. I couldn’t even tear my bread it just comes off in crumbles.

Employees are frequently talking on the phone while taking orders, so you have to repeat things multiple times. I’ve come in three times to a note saying they’re gone for a bathroom break, and when they’re back, they forgot to turn on the oven, so we have to wait for it to heat up. Employees also barely know the menu, and have to check the sign behind them constantly. I’ve had 5 different employees serve me in a 6 month span. Just an especially terribly run subway, and that’s saying something. I used to come here every day during my lunch break, but now I never will again

There was one girl up front by herself on a Friday.. so I can see why she did this but really? I ordered two foot longs and it says toasted on the receipt and neither one was toasted both are stone cold as a rock. It was a uber eats pick up order, and I can’t help but feel like she must have thought it was a delivery so she just decided not to toast them to save time.. so lazy never coming back

The older lady was very rude I asked for my sandwich to be toasted again for a 6in it came out totally burnt I asked if she could remake it and she threw her arms up and started mumbling under her breath the whole time. My boyfriend was paying while this was happening and the guy that checked him out did not give him a receipt nor our change back! Go to the McDonalds instead, this subway SUCKS.

I am just went over there. It is good everything like food and surveys atmosphere. They have like happily customer service they give it to me there’s like amazing and they making something like fresh and the meat. Also good that’s a nice.

There was no wait. I had fast service, wasn't busy at all. Everything looked pretty clean. I ordered a sandwich for my son, it was a breeze. I don't like that they now cover the meats and cheeses and other items... You can't see how it looks, or anything, like if it's sloppy or things accidentally mixed with others. I want to see the actual items you're putting on the sub and the container it came from.

Parking: Plenty of parking. This is not a very big Subway, and most people get their subs to go.

Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't see a designated handicapped parking space.
