They have not answered the phone ever! Horrible service and they have ladies with brackets that touch all over your subs! I asked for a FULL refund after my child pointed out that her nasty braclet was touching his dinner sub. Don’t go here!!

Another Subway owned by people that want to pick and choose what coupons they will honor. Then when you tell them it’s ok, we still want the sandwiches, after the third time of being told no, and the guy just stands there staring at you!! Ummmmm HELLO we said we still wanted the sandwiches even without the coupon, what’s the problem.

Should have checked the reviews before ordering here. I knew it was bad when I picked it up and the bag felt light like cotton candy. Very skimpy on toppings and then overly doused in mayo and mustard when I ordered less of both. Guy had a bad attitude, he was upset I used a coupon on mobile ordering and wanted to compare what I paid vs. the menu price, insisting to see my receipt. He wouldn't remake the goopy sandwich so I told him to keep the sandwich, keep the $3 and I'll never be back. Went to Walmart and Rita provided excellent customer service and made that sandwich RIGHT! Headed over to do their review next. Good riddance.

10000% worst everything from service to food . First they didn’t ask my boyfriend if he wanted it toasted & then acted like we didn’t ask them to remake it because we didn’t want it toasted & then when I asked for cucumber was told they don’t have cucumber . Have been here over 15 minutes for a half sub with jus mayo & meat because they were out of what else I wanted & then a sub that had 4 veggies on it Freaking ridiculous. & as I type this here comes & whole container of cucumbers they said they didn’t have lol

Good 24 hour subway, service hit and miss.Edit:After another disappointing experience, I won't be going here again despite the convenience of a 24 hour subway after work. The guy who runs the register is nice, but the guy who makes the sandwiches is rude and incompetent. He argued with me that I didn't have an order until the cashier told him I did, then took 15+ minutes to make two easy sandwiches, waited on other customers first who came in after me (and didn't have online orders) and spent more time talking in Hindi on his phone to his girlfriend than working. I'm sure he's related to the owner, but I'd fire him if he was my relative!

03-08-2024 - Stopped by this Subway on the way home from work to order a couple of sandwiches.. I asked the employee that was about to make my sandwiches how his day was going? No response from him, so thought perhaps he did not hear me so I asked him again how his day was going. Nothing...dude looked like he was pissed off at the world or just didn't care to be there. I asked him if he was happy or mad and he said nothing but just stared at me. I told to him forget it and said to him I was going somewhere else. Sorry, but if you don't want to treat me like a customer I'll take my business elsewhere, so I walked out and left. Probably a good thing as the employee didn't seem to care.

Ordered a 6 in steak and cheese on FLATBREAD...EX cheese EX steak...and a 6 in club on white SUBROLL...I got a pathetic amount of steak...on the SUBROLL...AND my cold sub on an UNTOASTED flatbread...which they aren't even supposed to serve...untoasted!!! Been sick for the last wk...finally felt like eating...and it went to the garbage! Thank u SO MUCH!!! Not to mention...just for 2 six in subs...$22...Plus tax...Plus delivery=$30!!!
