Employees removed the Mobile Order stand which was their solution to some guy stealing sandwiches. Not just 1 or 2.. And not on 1 occasion. Instead of telling the police on this guy (the police actually frequent this place and hang out in the restaurant), they prefer to make customers that have already paid for their food wait until they've finished working through their line before they'll grab their order off the counter right behind them. The whole point of ordering on the app is to avoid the dang line. Please put the rack back out!

Jus left this store trying to order my normal sandwich there was a young nice man trying to do my order the MAN TIM jumps in my order while he’s already working on a sandwich and started being very unprofessional popping his neck and rolling his eyes at woman as if I did or said anything smart to him very unprofessional not to mention Iam an current subway employee hair hanging all down his face were is the face mask very rude do better by customers vey rude
I only gave them one star because I couldn’t give them NONE. I have never once received a sandwich made correctly here over a mobile app order.
