Worst customer service I have ever seen! Completely out of control! Cocky and condescending. Sad that this is tolerated. I will be reporting to the Taco Bell corporate office. Unfortunately I can not recommend this facility. Just terrible.

The staff is always super friendly and never act irratated when I order my food the way I like it lol Some thing as simple as chips separate for nacho bell grande has made other locations seam sooo upset about me asking for that ! But never here, they act like it's no big deal (cuz it really ain't or shouldn't be lol!!) ! Always respectful and quick to get my food ready and to me!

I think that this location is the best Taco Bell around. Especially during the afternoon. I pick up inside during the afternoon and the same person is working. I very recently got lunch there and it was the BEST I’ve received from this chain in years. Kudos to the person that works mid-day (at least M-F) every time I’m there.

The last few times I’ve came here my orders have been completely wrong. But tonight on 8/29 I was ordering a mango brisk tea. The intercom person said I wasn’t aloud to order it because it would ā€œhold up the lineā€ I didn’t understand. I asked what they meant by that and then they changed their answer and said ā€œour machine is brokenā€. So I didn’t get my drink which is what I originally came for and wanted. I explained it wasn’t the frozen slushy drink I wanted to order just a regular mango brisk tea and they refused. Then I get closer to the window to pay and I see drinks being handed out? Frustrating service at this location.

My food was correct, order was accurate, and the employees acted appropriately. Lately, we cannot go and sit inside fast food restaurants bc the staff is so inappropriate. This was a very nice experience.

I had to stop eating Taco Bell for a minute because the orders were always wrong and the taste just wasn’t there. Today though? Great job! They must finally have a good team in there. Good was hot, fresh and had great taste! Much appreciated.

I ordered through the mobile app. My burritos were horribly wrapped. The shells had cracks and holes in them. I didn't even get a physical receipt. I can't earn points if I don't have the receipt. If you want more people to use the app, then give receipts and make the food like you have pride in your work. I'm glad I don't work there anymore. The standards have Skype. If the food standards are slipping, I could only imagine what else is getting pushed to the back burner.
