They do a pretty good job of getting the food ready The only problem is I like the cantina chicken bowl and they don't have any forks. I thought it was just a one time thing but I came back a week later still no forks. They always used to have forks now and they expect us to eat at caveman style. I'm not sure I'm comfortable going back there and getting it with no forks again...it's pretty forked up.

I try my best to not leave bad reviews. But at what point is enough enough! The last 5 times I’ve been to this location my order is wrong or missing the main items.. it is an inconvenience to drive back to the restaurant as I’m handicap. Only making this review in hopes that you can please start checking orders to make sure they are correct.

Its horrible now days. Cinnabon balls are very good. Thats it. They all have a self ordering kiosk at the counter blocking the view so they never come to take your order.

Had this happen once before and hopped it was a 1 off . They seemingly didn't even heat up my quesadilla. Cheese straight up not even melted and hella light on the ingredients in general for a $5 menu item .

Anytime I’ve ordered here, it’s usually at LEAST decent. Today was absolutely awful, the cinnamon twists were VERY stale, chips were stale. Burritos were cold, whole order was honestly. They can’t even get an order correct, missing items.. the one good thing was the drinks.. even that’s pushing it. Not entirely sure where the heath department is, but maybe they should be called.. this place wouldn’t probably pass.

I order 2 soft shell tacos with no lettuce and no cheese and I asked if they can add sour cream To them. They put no lettuce and no sour cream. They added tomatoes and onions and kept the cheese on it. I didn't ask for that. Either learn how to do your job or stop working

I like Mexican pizzas they always put them in the bottom of the bag and put everything else you order on top so when you get the pizza home it's soggy and all the toppings are stuck to the top of the box. Doesn't matter how many time you ask them to put it in last. I asked one of the workers I won't say who it was and they told me they do that on purpose because they do not like making pizzas and people will stop ordering them if they do that. So don't order a pizza there. The taco bell on 331 in Mishawaka puts them on the top of a big order or in a separate bag so even if it's out if the way I will go there from now on.The other food was ok we had as a family 8 bean and rice burritos, 1 soft taco, 1 Mexican Pizza.

I literally waited in line 40 minutes in the Drive-Thru line for my food. I had to take pictures of the drive-thru line to send to my wife who didn't believe that I was actually in the Drive-Thru line for 40 minutes. And then they were out of the item that I went to go get. I get it it's hard to stop places for 40 minutes for $9 worth of food

Last time I was here I made a pretty big order. When I paid I got no receipt and when the guy handed me my food I asked was it all in the same bag. He replied yes with a huge eye roll. When I got home I discovered it was indeed only about half my food so I had no choice but to go back or half my family wouldn't have anything to eat. When I got back and explained the situation the same guy I dealt with the previous time acted like I was lying. Since he didn't give me my receipt the first time I explained what was missing from my order. He went to the back and grabbed the cook so he could tell me that they gave me all my food already. After a few moments going back and forth he finally gave in and made the other half of my order. The service was extremely rude. As if I'd go all the way home after a long day just to come back to lie about tacos. They really need better training and better customer service. The restaurant seemed clean and well kept up but the workers are pretty difficult to deal with.
