Last time I was here I made a pretty big order. When I paid I got no receipt and when the guy handed me my food I asked was it all in the same bag. He replied yes with a huge eye roll. When I got home I discovered it was indeed only about half my food so I had no choice but to go back or half my family wouldn't have anything to eat. When I got back and explained the situation the same guy I dealt with the previous time acted like I was lying. Since he didn't give me my receipt the first time I explained what was missing from my order. He went to the back and grabbed the cook so he could tell me that they gave me all my food already. After a few moments going back and forth he finally gave in and made the other half of my order. The service was extremely rude. As if I'd go all the way home after a long day just to come back to lie about tacos. They really need better training and better customer service. The restaurant seemed clean and well kept up but the workers are pretty difficult to deal with.

Dirty dirty dirty. Have to wait forever for my order. Trash bags right outside the entrance with litter all over. I tossed the food out after I left, I wouldn’t let my dog eat off the floor. Very understaffed.

We ordered a few things and the got all of them wrong. There were 4 people working and only 1 of them was making the food while the others were talking. The one working said he didn't even know how to make the food we ordered. We had to ask them to fix 3 of our items and give us one thing that was missing. They forgot to make the thing that was missing after we asked for it so we had to wait even longer. Luckily we were dining inside or else we might not have noticed in the drive thru.

Ordered Baja Blast with my chicken quesadilla meal and they were out... Ordered cheesy fiesta potatoes and the fryer was down, as I go to leave and request mild sauce they only had fire... Get home and my check quesadilla has zero melted cheese and all 3 soft tacos I ordered were inedible. I will go out of my way to a different taco bell before I come to this one again.

Placed a mobile order and came to pick it up after about 15 minutes. The order wasn’t ready. Frustrating, but fine. Places get busy and it happens. I’ve waited another 25 minutes in the lobby and STILL don’t have my order. Who even knows if my order will be correct, but I’m not waiting to find out. I don’t have another 40 minutes to wait for them to fix anything. I’m not blaming the workers. This place isn’t properly staffed. Never coming back.

I'm done, I have tried and tried to get a basic decent order. I give up. I sat there for 35 mins I asked and was told there were too many orders to check where my order was. I finally asked to cancel my order, it was then that my order was found ice cold it had been sitting on the cold counter besides the drive though window. All I got was a oops and that was that. So I'm am done.
