We actually come here often because we live close. It usually always takes a while to get someone to come to the counter unless there is already someone there. The food is almost always good except yesterday when we received our taco and there was no meat on it. I get making mistakes but thats a pretty big mistake.

I don’t know why it’s so hard to just put the right food in the bag, it’s so full of random shit that I can’t even see the bottom , you spend 30 dollars for them to mishear your Oder give you the wrong taco and then completely just not give you a taco. I’m sorry but it’s not that hard

They gave me the wrong order the first time that I went through the drive-thru, then I turned around and came back. Just set on the counter so it was cold by the time I got it. Their staff was more interested in having fun than they were in serving people. I won't be back

Generally been really quick and clean anytime I've gone; really haven't encountered many issues. Manager Jaden and the night crew were AWESOME to me - DoorDash messed up my order and Jaden's team set it right, even though the problem wasn't their fault.

Miss Molly Brasseur

Went through the drive through. They were rushed so I feel if they were having a slower day maybe the service and food would have been better. They told us to drive to the window with only half our order and sounded irritated when I told them that was only half the order. The quesadilla was pretty empty and disappointing. The rest of the food was ok. The girl at the window kinda oddly shoved my drink into my hand. After long discussion with my son who was with, we think maybe she could have felt like she was dropping the cup? Maybe. It’s a stretch especially with the attitude earlier but it is possible so I don’t know for sure she was being aggressive. I gave 5 stars on the atmosphere bc it was drive through, and I love my car.

Man this T-bell has horribly slow service. They can have just a few orders on the screen and you’ll still be standing around waiting for about 15 minutes after it took you about ten minutes to get to the store. This is a pretty consistent issue with this Taco Bell.
