This is ridiculous. My daughter came and ordered a bean and cheese burrito on her lunch hour from work. Look at all those onions. It’s pretty much all onions and the circled looks like a broken piece of fork or something that they put in her burrito. Why in the first place for there be so many onions and bean and cheese burrito

The digital kiosk is impersonal. I prefer to interact with the people at a store or fast food place. The young people in the back were busy and seemed to enjoy their work. Smiles!

I rarely write negative reviews. Im pretty easy to please. But SOMETHING IS SERIOUSLY WRONG WITH THE OIL. Very concerning. I took one bite of the cinnamon twists and threw them in the trash. Same with the chips. I actually had to find something else to remove the taste from my mouth. I will not be returning unless the oil is replaced.
Update: I submitted a complaint to the St. Joseph Public Health Department.

Cinnamon twists were inedible, chips and taco shells were stale, grilled cheese burrito barely had any ingredients and was rolled horribly and barely cooked. Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to

Served bad shells to me and refused to give refund unless I came back. Do better and listen to your customers. Do not tell me the shells are not bad when my whole family of 5 tasted it and smelled it.

I was here Saturday the 14th of September. We went through the drive thru. We goy home 15 minutes away to find food that after 1 bite I didn't even give to my dog. The tacos were ok my son said but the burritos were disgusting! They had a smell that reminded me of cat food. I saw no beef in the beef burritos or chicken in the chicken burritos. I immediately called the store to let them know and was offered to come back and get different food. I informed them I was not coming back now or ever and for them to serve that "food" they should be ashamed.
Worst Taco Bell ever! Michal W, the drive-through cashier was rude, laughed at me after I waited in drive-through For 20 minutes for one taco as she hung out in the window, talking to the people in the cars instead of helping her workers and then when I asked her why she was laughing, she said, what I can’t laugh, I said no that was very rude and acted like she wasn’t gonna give me my credit card back until I told her to give me my card back. Until I looked at her and told her she better give me my card and another work walked up and said wow! Ordered a taco and a cinnamon twist and received a taco unwrapped and a nachos. This place is a joke! To whoever her bosses, you need to send that one to charm School she slacks customer service very badly, These so called young adults need to have respect and manners! Shame on you!

If you don't use the automatic ordering system then you wait at the counter until someone is free to take your order. There is handicap parking but no automatic doors to get in.

I have ignorantly went back to this location too many times. Not once have they correctly made a chalupa meal NOT supreme. Today, they gave me chicken and sour cream…on my chicken chalupa NO SUPREME meal. Many problems with other meals as well, the workers simply aren’t trying and are scraping by to stay employed.

331 bremen highway. Lady big boned blond hair is very rude!! Didn't want to listen to what I had to say about how they messed up my order She jumped into defense mode. Never will I stop there again!

No one was available to place my order at the front counter. I had to place my order at the kiosk. Added some extras to my nachos. One of my Nachos just did not seem like the extra cheese was added. Went to the counter to advise about the extra cheese, the woman behind the counter was offended by my questioning and became defensive. She had to make it known that she is the GM. If that’s the type of people that Tacobell has in their places of establishments they are never going to keep customers.
