My foods always fresh no matter what time I go, the other ones are trash. The only thing I dislike now is the ai speaker. I prefer to speak to a human not a robot.
App was very hard to understand & when we got to the window, they said they never received my order. Asked me to come in & enter it on the kiosk. By that time, it was after 5, so they charged $3 extra for the drink I ordered. They said they would give me a $3 refund, but I could not add anything that was showing as a special on my app, unless I used my app, which was not working correctly! It wasn't worth all the extra effort. I probably would not use the app again. Food was still good - 25 minutes afterwards.. 😋 😍

Never got inside to order any food. Because the weed smell out in the parking lot was so strong it turned my stomach. Maybe have a conversation with employees about getting high while theyre at work. They could have at least walked across the parking lot or something. Literally sat and watched two employees spark one up and just have a good ol time right outside the back door for everyone to see and smell... Fast food is such a joke at this point. It's not even cheap anymore, and that was the only saving grace.

This Taco Bell is horrible as an old employee you should greet the guest within 30 seconds of pulling up to the window instead the drive through lady stared at us instead of getting our money and giving us our drinks mind you that is all we ordered and had to wait 3 minute in which time 2 other cars pulled up and we never got our order. I will never go to the grape road Taco Bell again I prefer the McKinley Taco Bell they know how to treat there customers. The manager on shift wasn't delightful either she was very rude and disrespectful.

The food is always good and staff are friendly, but taco bell would rather invest in an AI that doesn't work then high and pay staff more wages. You go and ask for something simple like a hard taco with tomatoes, the AI cant determine the difference between tomato and potato. I got to the window asked the lady to correct it spent another 5 minutes waiting on that get home and the order is still wron.
