Visiting from out of town & stop by with family to pick up some coffee. The girl that took our order and made our drinks was so rude ! After making my drinks she stated to not return because I DIDN’T a leave her a tip ! I was shocked I didn’t know I was obligated to do so. Worst customer service EVER !!!!!!!!

I stopped by this coffee shop and tried the iced blueberry coffee with frothed vanilla half and half on top; a unique and refreshing treat that I’ll definitely be coming back for. The barista recommended his favorite drink. The flavor was just the right mix of fruity and creamy, perfect for a hot day!
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Nathan took my order and was incredibly kind and attentive. Sophia was working hard behind the counter, quickly making drinks and keeping everything moving, even during a rush. Despite the busy atmosphere, the team handled it with professionalism and speed.
At one point, I overheard a customer mention their drink might have been made incorrectly, and the staff immediately offered to remake it; no fuss, no attitude, just great customer care. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in their work and genuinely wants every customer to leave happy.
Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. The drinks are great, and the people are even better!

A year ago we had coffee while on a trip in Olympic National Park, WA and it was the best coffee we’ve ever had. For awhile we couldn’t even have coffee from anywhere around home (usually places we try around home are The Electric Brew, Cabin Coffee, Starbucks, Dunkin’s, etc.). While in UP Mall, we decided to stop here; I had the iced white mocha carmel latte. I almost teared up I was so happy lol. It tastes just like the coffee we had from WA!!! If I wasn’t an hour away from Mishawaka, I’d be there everyday!

Went there yesterday with my wife and daughter and was completely discriminated against for being a veteran. Paid for our coffee and the waitress refused to make it. Her words ( I do not serve veteran's. This place deserves negative stars, and all their employees should be fired. Stole my money and never got our drinks.

Very disappointed here. Staff is very slow, basically ignoring you. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for regular coffee, even in front of me were 2 persons waiting on their orders. I can't imagine how owner is doing business here.
