Getting seriously sick of these fast food places hiring these kinds of people. I placed an order using the app. CAUTION: DON'T DO THIS. You'll be told they don't have (popular food) or (easy drink). I ordered chili. CHILI. They come out and tell me, "we don't have any chili. Can we get you a frosty instead?" Uh, no. I don't think I want a cold drink instead of my main dinner. I guess saying "no" is the biggest inconvenience, because she goes right inside to send some "manager" out to sigh at me and go "What DO you want?" Geez bud sorry I didn't want a rinky-dink beverage instead of my food. I give up, tell him I'll take whatever sandwich is easiest. Whatever. He goes back in, then the previous girl comes right back out to tell me, "suuuuper sorry but looks like our Frosty machine is down too!" At this point, this is ridiculous. "I'll take a refund." Nope, impossible. No refunds! But I can have whatever substitutes they pressure me to get, regardless if it was more or less than what I was charged. One bungled dinner received, and I go home to realize these jokers gave me an orange cream soda. Yeah. I ordered cherry.

Bremen hwy. We've mostly stopped ordering Wendy's because we never get quality foods anymore, from any location. However, we tried the new one on Bremen hwy, and were so surprised to have good food! The burger was great, the fries were the best fries we've ever had at a Wendy's. They were golden and well salted, perfect temp. Well done, crew.

Everything we asked to NOT be on burgers was ON the burgers! And a believe a bacon burger should have at least 1 piece of bacon on it! Tired of paying high dollar for fast food, and the employees just can't seem to get it right anymore! I haven't had a FF order come right in last 4 months! Wth is going on!

Can not believe they had no lettuce being across the street from a store that had a to of lettuce! Bad management? Seems all the new Fast food joints have issues from the start, and this one is one of them! Stay away for about a year. lol.

This Wendy's is relatively new and they are fantastic!!! They have never messed up an order of mine, the food is ALWAYS very fresh and delicious. The employees are friendly and kind.
Parking: Plenty of parking spaces in their lot.

The food here and etc is good. Whoever works there or whoever manages the place sees this, fix those KIOSKS, they're very laggy and when you touch anything or the screen it just gives a slow response. Sometimes when you click something, it takes you to the wrong food/drink, we've been going there for awhile and I've seen it get built, just reconstruct those KIOSKS or upgrade them so they can have a better fast response time and fix bugs on those things, overall the place is good and stuff. Just those KIOSKS that needa be rebuilt or fixed. One more thing, I shouldn't be complain about such dumb thing but the WiFi.. just get better WiFi for this place.
